I have been the owner of Channel Cruises Holland/CCH Tours since 2007.
Along with Jan Timmermans, as a management team, we determine the Channel Cruises Holland's strategy. Jan manages the company; I am mainly occupied in the background of the company; strategically, but also with a large number of projects (such as this website ;-)). I have been active as an entrepreneur in the Dutch navigation trade since 1999. At that time I became the manager of 'de Zeilvaart', a charter office for 120 traditional sailboats. In 2006 we wanted to start to focus more on Tour Operating activities and to expand our company to include motorized ships in addition to sailboats. I ultimately had many great discussion with Jan Timmermans and then took over his company. In the meantime, 'de Zeilvaart' was absorbed into NAUPAR, the largest organization in the field of chartering of traditional sailboats in the Netherlands. Channel Cruises Holland / CCH Tours became independent again as a market leader in the Netherlands in the field of motorized ships/ individual trips. We are also proud of our ocean sailing ships that are connected to our company. The foundation of our success is quality and reliability: this is also our recipe for the future! Welcome on board.
