as a first time to do a barge trip, Boat and accommodation was good, our trip did not deliver us to Paris as we were told and for which we paid – totally unacceptable to be lied to. bikes were really poor quality and not comfortable to ride Guides were average – nothing exceptional, poorly planned day trips and limited knowledge.

It is indeed true that the trip was marketed as traveling from Epernay to Paris, with the final berth at Quai de Bercy. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the boat was unable to continue to Paris and had to stop at Lagny. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been for you and the other passengers. We regret that this change was not communicated to you in a timely manner, leading to the unpleasant confrontation you experienced. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we arranged taxis to ensure all passengers were transported to Paris as originally planned. We also regret that the bikes were of poor quality and that the guides did not meet your expectations. We will improve the quality of our bikes. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
