Terms and Conditions for the Prize Draw

Participation in the Boat Bike Tours prize draw, organised by Boat Bike Tours, Aambeeldstraat 20, 1021 KB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”, is free of charge and governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to natural persons aged 18 or over. Employees of the Organiser and its affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from participating in the prize draw.

Participation

Participation in the prize draw takes place by submitting the fully completed entry form. By submitting the entry form, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Participation is only possible within the specified entry period. Details of the prize draw period can be found on the relevant Boat Bike Tours prize draw webpage.

The electronically recorded receipt of the entry form by the Organiser shall be used to verify timely entry. Only one submitted entry per participant will be included in the prize draw.

The Prize

The following prize will be awarded: one boat and bike tour in the Netherlands for two people.

The winner may choose from the following tours: Northern Tour of Holland, Southern Tour of Holland, Hansa Highlights, Historic Hanseatic Cities, or a Sail & Bike Tour.

The departure date must fall within one year of the prize voucher being issued.

The booking must be made within two months.

The total booking value may not exceed €2,500 for two people, equivalent to €1,250 per person, including bicycle rental. If the total booking value is higher, the difference will be charged to the winner.

Selection and Notification of the Winner

The winner will be selected after the closing date by means of a random draw from all eligible entries. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be notified by the Organiser by email within one week after the closing date.

If the notification cannot be delivered, the Organiser is not obliged to make any further enquiries and may select a new winner. If the winner does not respond within one week of being notified, the Organiser is likewise entitled to select a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize.

Data Protection

Participation in the prize draw requires the participant to provide personal data. The participant confirms that the personal details provided are truthful and correct.

Participants’ personal data will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent.

In the event of winning, the winner agrees that their name may be published in the Organiser’s promotional media. This includes publication of the winner’s name on the Organiser’s website and social media platforms.
