Dear booking partner, In our Partner Update May 2024, we recently reported that our 2025 tour programs on our (new) Google Drive are now available to partners. We also announced that we would check in with you regarding bookings for season 2025. And that's what this message is about. For the start of the 2025 booking season, Boat Bike Tours is implementing further differentiation in the business accounts of its booking partners. An important first step for 2025 is to ask all our booking partners whether they will sell Boat Bike Tours trips to their customers in 2025 (in a legal sense) as a tour operator or as an intermediary. It is now up to you to make a choice in this. Only after you have told us your choice will we be able to open up your sales channel for 2025.

Dear Partner, Spring is on its way, the first flowers are sprouting and that means that the start of our 2024 season is just right ahead. Also due to our system changes last winter, the dispatch of our travel documents ("Boarding Info") has unfortunately been slightly delayed, but we have good news: everything is ready now and is or has already been sent to you. We also have some new discount offers for the summer months of 2024. And..., now that the ITB in Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade event, is just over, we are also cautiously looking forward a bit to the 2025 season. Boat Bike Tours would like to apologize to its booking partners: the previously announced price change for rental bikes and e-bikes for new bookings for the 2024 season will be reversed. Furthermore, we note that with the implementation of our new booking system, the content and layout of booking confirmations and invoices is not exactly optimal. This is being dealt with. Finally, we are able to offer some discount offers for certain trips and travel periods. Read all about that in this Partner Update.

In our Partner Update May 2023 we already announced some new tours for 2024, which were still in development at that time. These exciting trips in the new cycling and (saltwater) cruising areas of Denmark and Sweden, as well as Sicily are now ready to book. For our premium tour on the Moselle river between Cochem and Metz in September and October 2024, some nine-day tour variants have been added. And the ship De Holland will be used as additional capacity on three popular semi-guided tours in the Netherlands and Belgium in 2024. Finally, we would like to draw your attention to the possibilities to charter a ship exclusively. All details can be found below and under the corresponding links.

Dear Partner, The 2023 boat and bike season got off to a flying start at the end of March and is now running at full speed! In the first months of the year we were inundated by a huge number of bookings and that wave is not over yet. Due to the high demand, we were able to add a few more travel dates for 2023. Almost all of our 2024 tour programs are now available. Due to great success, much remains the same, but we also have some interesting news to share.
