The General Traveller Terms Conditions for package travel – Boat Bike Tours North America Inc. apply to all tours and related services booked with Boat Bike Tours North America Inc., as well as to travel packages and confirmations that are part of this booking and are mentioned in the booking confirmation from Boat Bike Tours North America Inc. If you book a tour with Boat Bike Tours North America Inc., these terms and conditions become part of the travel package and are added to your booking confirmation. If any deviating stipulations are applicable to (parts of) your booking, we will inform you in writing (including email) before or when you are booking your tour or service. Your confirmation is binding. Timetables and other tour information are subject to change, for example due to meteorological, technical or nautical reasons.

Third parties’ terms and conditions: If you book or purchase services from third parties, such as valet parking, hotel reservations, transfers, the terms and conditions of Boat Bike Tours North America Inc. do not apply; Terms and Conditions of each of these third parties are applicable to the service(s) that is/are being offered by each of these third parties.

Special EU regulations (EU Directives/Guaranteefund) do not apply to guests booked through Boat Bike Tours North America Inc.
