Biking was my favorite part. The food was quite good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The piano player was my least favorite part. When he played, I felt like I was in a nursing home. I realize that we had unseasonably hot temperatures, but fans or ice or something could have been done to help deal with the heat. A small package of complimentary swag should have been given to each person. Include a water bottle, rubber deal to hold cell phone and perhaps a hat. Charging $10 for a cheap, branded cell phone holder was too much, especially when the route depended on an app.

Overall the experience was great. Staff were wonderful. Communications, especially prior to boarding, could be improved. We spent 3 hours trying to find the bost, as followed the pdf instructions emailed to us. Also briefings on board were often confused and contradictory. Otherwise very good

Comfortable cabin on the MV Olympia, excellent food and very attentive crew. Only constructive suggestion would be to improve the route maps by adding distances or gps based apps and ensuring routes and ferries are operating.

Hi, Here are my main comments: 1. The rides were short and dull, a part from the Heidelberg day 2. Route information is poor, many of us lost our ways 3. Prices od consumptions on the boat were too high

It was a very well run tour. The Food was excellent. The only two faults we could say was at the start of the Tour an explanation of how the bikes operated both Electric and ordinary bikes eg: the lock on the bikes, the braking systems, how the paniers fitted on. The daily maps could have approximate distances in Klms to landmarks rather than just sowing where to go. Maybe a bit more up to date music to cater for younger tour participants eg 70/80/90s music as well as older participants.

A big shout out to the Captain of the boat and Salah the restaurant manager. Both were excellent. Maps for the bike riding need more detail in the written description and someone should have been directing us as we approached the boat on our last day across a very busy highway.
