All was good. Great staff on the boat. Would be a five out of five except they didn’t have our names on the passenger list at check in. They let us on anyway, with our paperwork. Also the lounge and the dining room got very warm when full.

When we first boarded and met in the main room, it was way too hot to sit in there. I asked about turning on the AC, said it was because it was so hot outside. Hmmm, ok, next day it’s actually cold out, same thing. On our 4th day someone realized that there was a big door in front that could be open to cool it off!! Problem solved!

Thoroughly enjoyed our South Holland Boat Bike Tour with our group of friends. Biking was well organized. Ship was very nice. Suggest an extra bartender on during busy times (ie: when thirsty bikers return to ship). Istvan our bartender was wonderful handling it all. Very friendly and helpful staff on board.

The tour guides were friendly and approachable. The bike routes were well laid out and took us through the most beautiful parts of Holland. The food was amazing. The only change to suggest is the addition of face cloths in the rooms along with the bath towels and hand towels.

The tour guides and boat staff were great. However, the boat was very understaffed. Some evenings it took almost two hours to receive dinner. Every night except the very last night they served the same side of the dining room first, meaning our side (English speaking side) had a long wait even to get a glass of wine. The food could definitely have been better, especially for non-red meat eating guests. The dining area and lounge were both very warm, despite the air being pretty cool out. Is there no air conditioning. Despite that, the boat was nice, especially our cabin.

Staff were very warm, cheerful and helpful. Cycle guide leaders Peter and Andreas were excellent. Briefings informative. Cycling App very good. Maps excellent and easy to follow. Beautiful routes. Food was good. Bikes comfortable. Spacious and comfortable cabin Enjoyed the evening walking city tours in Rotterdam and Zaandam Really lovely holiday and would go again in a different location.
