The boat and state rooms was luxurious and comfortable. The service was friendly and the guides were very accommodating. Some suggested improvements: firmer mattresses, the beds were too soft, offer alternative routes for guests that would like to bike farther and at a faster pace, better bikes with more gears to get up the hills easier.

Every part of our Moselle cycling adventure was great, from the guides (Corrie and Neils) to the food, to the cities and towns, to the onboard accommodations, to the friendly staff, to the scenery and easy cycling….not to mention the weather cooperated very nicely! Well done!

The entire crew, guides, and experiences were outstanding!! Marcel and Janneke were a great team. Marcel did an amazing job of coordinating all the interesting stops and visits during the day. Karin was a superb Mate who was always so helpful and Erik was a great captain. The meals by Talya were on par with a Michelin restaurant. And Jokke and Yitse were also a great team who took care of all our needs when on the boat. Looking forward to booking another trip with Boat and Bike in the future!!

The boat is beautiful- staff was friendly and helpful. Food excellent- good chef Our tour guide was very friendly and accommodating- he did an excellent job!

Great experience, organization and boat

Great scenery during cycling days. Nice balance of cycling days and excursions. Food was fantastic and the drink prices reasonable.

Great boat – great cycling – great visits – great staff

My husband and I had a very enjoyable holiday. It was well organized, and the food was amazing what the chef cooked each day. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. The Tour Guides were very good at keeping us safe and informative about the trails we took. We would highly recommend this trip. No complaints that we can think of. Thank you.

Atlantis and it’s staff is wonderful. Maddalena is a good guide. Luca, the supposed sweeper, who stays behind the slowest person (me) and encourages him/her is terrible. He doesn’t show any concern. Three things happened with him: 1) When he needed to help me with a mechanical problem, he did but then a fellow cyclist who joined us had me start on my own. I went the wrong way and finally found the group. My husband was concerned and started looking for me, Luca went with him, seemingly out of obligation. 2) At one point, a couple of days later, Luca guided a group of us the wrong way. 3) On the last day, on a downhill run I was the last person. He passed me and said he’d wait for me up ahead. That is the complete opposite of what a sweeper us supposed to do. Admittedly, I was not at my best cycling ability due to a fall at the Atlantis on the first day. My ankle was swollen and mentally this brought me down on my skill level. A good sweeper encourages and follows. He is tge complete opposite. I’d still like to take another trip with boat/bike tours but not if he is part of that trip.
