Thoroughly enjoyed our South Holland Boat Bike Tour with our group of friends. Biking was well organized. Ship was very nice. Suggest an extra bartender on during busy times (ie: when thirsty bikers return to ship). Istvan our bartender was wonderful handling it all. Very friendly and helpful staff on board.

Nice boat and crew, good stops and bike routes

Fantastic trip, crew was great – helpful and friendly. The boat was clean and beautiful. There were some maintenance issues which the crew dealt with efficiently but as a result the route was changed. A bit more information about things to see on the route would be a benefit as it was unguided.

Sailing aboard the ELIZABETH was one of the best vacations that I have ever experienced. The crew were terrific. We ate like queens and kings. And the bicycle touring was like something out of a fairy tale. Gorgeous scenery along canals and picturesque Dutch landscapes. I hope to do another tour soon.

The boat, the food, the crew were wonderful. We enjoyed the bikes and the bike routes. We made new friends on the tour. I had a mishap with no fault of the tour. We had to make changes to our itinerary. We had tremendous support from the Swiss Crown staff related to the changes, especially the Cruse Director. She was a tremendous help.

The amazing staff on board, the entire boat & bike trips around Northern Holland, the interesting places we saw while cycling and full experience made this a memorable trip! Hat off to all on board and in the background. Thank you all.

We had a wonderful trip from Cochem to Metz. Great guides, food and comfortable cabin. The rides were not difficult and very scenic.

We had a great guide, Helmut and the trip was so fun and interesting. We met folks from New Zealand, Sweden and the U.S. We thoroughly enjoyed every day of the trip.Also the food on board was delicious. We are already talking about another trip in 2024!

The 4 crew members on the Lena Maria and the 2 tour guides – Patrick and Martinette were all wonderful! As an in-experienced biker, there were options to chose the shorter ride or stay on the boat. With an electric bike I was able to keep up and opted for the longer rides as I did not want to miss anything. We always knew the next day’s schedule. The crew were amazing and all worked hard. The food – oh so delicious! We were also very blessed to have air-conditioning in our cabins as the weather became extremely hot – no rain which was great!

Fabulous vacation! What a wonderful way to see & explore this beautiful part of the world! Everything & everyone were top notch ( including the weather).

I felt that the trip was a bit disorganized. When we arrived at the boat the staff did not greet us and tell us what to do with our luggage. Later after the information meeting we were told that if you had an e-bike to go up on deck and find your bike and get your battery to charge it in your room. It was pitch black on the top deck and I fell on some dark wicker furniture and really hurt myself. In fact it’s been a week and a half and my hip still hurts. The tour guide was there and did help me and I also got some ice from reception. The top deck should have had the lights on OR the battery should have been left in the room like the charger was. I felt that the instructions for each day was lacking. They did not tell us any points of interest or any good restaurants etc. I also felt that the days were very time restricted. We had to be back on the boat at a certain time and this meant we really didn’t have anytime to explore. Maybe that is why no points of interest was mentioned. The food was adequate but I think the lunch was very boring. A meat and cheese sandwich every day! Other than the tour guides the staff were awesome! The boat was very clean as well.

Our Guides Evan and Alan were well prepared and the best adult babysitters i have ever seen. 🙂 The whole tour was fantastic!
