Meals: We understand that the quality of the food is a significant aspect of your travel experience. Our chef always strives to prepare the best meals, but it seems that the first meal did not meet your expectations. We take your comments seriously and will focus our efforts on improving the consistency of our meals. Towel Service: We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our towel service. We typically change towels once a week, but we understand that some guests may need towels more frequently. In the future, we will ensure that our guests are aware of this option to request additional towels. Cleaning: We regret that your request for more frequent bathroom cleaning was not accommodated. We will discuss this with our crew to ensure that guests have a cleaner and more comfortable stay in the future. Seasick Pills: We understand that the unexpectedly rough seas on the day of sailing posed a challenge for some guests. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to provide seasickness pills on board. However, we will consider informing guests of this situation before departure so that they can be prepared. Atmosphere: We appreciate your comments about the informal and relaxed atmosphere on board. This is something that many of our guests enjoy. However, we will continue to work on improving overall service quality and communication.
