We were thrilled with this cruise! The staff were all cheerful, helpful and wonderful; the food delicious; rooms clean and well prepared; and the itineraries lots of fun. This is our 19th cruise, but only the second River Cruise. We plan to do lots more! Thanks for a great time!

Even with the unusually rainy Croatian weather, the experience was amazing. The captain, crew, and guides went above and beyond to make our experience memorable!

I found that the ship was too big compared to the two previous boat/bike tours; we didn’t get to know the crew and all passengers personally. Previous tours we were able to walk around the towns at night. The majority of the nights were spent cruising. The tour coordinator’s english was limited and low, so the German briefings were 5 times longer than the english. The tour director should have been able to provide information on public transport as the boat was docked 5 km from the town center in Vienna. He seemed more interested going off on his own bike trip. The bikes were not serviced prior to distribution tire pressure were low and keys were missing. No one was there to adjust handle bars and seats, which was a service on previous tours. I must say the remaining crew was hard working the food was good and the cabins were serviced twice daily, something I wasn’t expecting. This was the first self guided bike/barge tour. The guide and maps need to be updated with greater detail. We had better maps and greater detailed instruction at night briefings on our first two tours with a guide. The biking trips seemed to be rushed, we were told a couple of time don’t take the long route because of time or the road is busy. Biking was the main reason we go on these trips.

We loved everything about our trip- The boat and staff, the delicious food Tina prepared for us every day, our tour leaders, Hester and Angela, the wonderful people we met on board, and the beautiful scenery on our rides! I cannot recommend this trip more highly! I am already dreaming about my next BoatBikeTour.

The cycling guides were very good at organizing each day’s route, including adjustments due to weather or port developments. The food was very good. The guided walking tours in port were well-organized and interesting.

The Magnifique III is a very well appointed boat for its size and passenger count. The crew was terrific in every aspect, friendly, accommodating and proficient. The food was excellent.

Wonderful trip! The boat was in tip-top condition, well-appointed, and very clean. The staff were warm, welcoming, professional, fun and always available to help. The meals were delicious and I was fortunate to have a chef who went out of her way to cater to my gluten-free diet. The knowledgeable tour guides and tour destinations were educational, diverse and enjoyable. We loved this trip!!

My first bike tour and it exceeded my expectations. We did the Green heart of Holland tour on the Gandalf. The crew were super friendly and very knowledgeable about local areas and NL in general. Food on board the ship was excellent, plentiful and varied. The bikes were easy to ride and saddle was comfy.

Fabulous experience! Tour guides, chef Tina, servers and captain were the best. Cycling distance options were helpful. Food was 5star. Accommodations were small but comfortable, well laid out and clean. The group we travelled with made it even nicer!

The staff and guides were very good. The boat needed some upgrading. The bike routes were very good and the app was easy to follow. I think if we went a few weeks later the smaller cities would have been more lively in the evenings.
