Was a great trip. A little more instruction on day 1 about the working of the eBike would have been helpful. Guides were great! Food was great! Ship was great! I liked the guides suggestion for future trips…separate hybrid bikers from eBiker and let the entire bike group come to consensus about the pace. As a photo nut, I would have liked more time to take pics in safe, scenic locations. All in all, an exhilarating time…loved the boat time too to chat and catch up with peeps in my group as well as others whom I had the pleasure to meet. ✌️

Our tour of the Southern Dalmation Islands from September 30 through October 7 on the Magellan was an incredible experience. The beauty and majesty of this area of Croatia is unmatched. The staff worked well together and our guides complemented each other well. I marvel at the technical operations behind the scenes that operated like clockwork. Swimming in the Adriatic off the boat was exhilarating. The ebikes worked well, and I was thankful for a replacement battery provided by our guide near the end of the 37 mile ride. I am totally impressed with my first BoatBike tour, highly recommend this tour to others, and look forward to other BoatBike tours in the future. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that the food was advertised as exceptional, and it was not (heavily salted fish entrees). Future excursions might consider replacing some onboard dinners with dining out in area restaurants, and eliminating the packed lunch in the same manner.

A very good vacation on Harmonia in Croatia. The boat was kept clean and organized. The food was very good and meals were served with attention to details. The guides did a good job handling a group with varying degrees of riding abilities. Some noteworthy disappointment was an additional 50 Euro charge for water and tourist fee – I thought all expenses were covered when I paid the final payment. The policy to charge for coffee is petty – we loved the free coffee machines on our tours in Holland. It was also surprising that the Croatian bike schedules can be changed day-by-day depending on sea conditions. The captain reduced our biking tour on day 1 due to sea conditions – unfortunate and possibly a good decision but we had no notice that such changes could occur. All that aside, Croatia B&B was a very good experience aboard Harmonia. The Harmonia staff took pride in their work and worked hard to make it a positive experience for all.

We just returned from a 15 day trip from Auxerre to Compiegne on the MPS Zwaantje. We could not have asked for better accomodations and service: the captain and crew of the Zwaantje went above and beyond every day! And our guides were knowledgeable, confidence inspiring, and fun! We loved every minute of the trip.

It was one of the best trips I have ever been to. Great sceneries, planned perfect, best service and logistics, the bikes are well maintained, the boat and the crue just lovely. The food was excellent. The room much more spacious than I imagined. The combination between nature and cities was perfect. The amount of cycling per day did not need pre training if you are in shape but if you are untrained it might be A little tiring. The everyday explanation on the trail was accurate and we could go As A couple by ourselves. There was an option to go in A group with A guide if you want so you have all possibilities.

We went on the Hansa Highlights tour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The tour was well organized with options for shorter or longer rides. The staff is courteous and friendly and makes the boating experience enjoyable and informative. Food was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent trip and will highly recommend it to anyone! We had almost the entire boat booked with 31 of our Canadian friends – with 2 guests from the USA who soon became our new friends! The entire crew are absolutely amazing! A a shout out to our fantastic guides Peter and Ronald! Peter is so very knowledgeable about both beer and chocolate! Chef Gerhard is fantastic and his meals exceptional! The boat is extremely comfortable – felt more like a hotel! We hope the whole crew enjoyed having us onboard as much as we enjoyed them!

The guides, Dora and Luka, were. both outstanding, helpful and useful. They acted quickly when we had medical issue and used good judgement and helpful with the medical follow-up, especially translating for us. The food, the rooms, the other staff on the boat were warm and courteous and exceeding our needs. The boat was clean and comfortable, the food was good, but limited gluten free options. The biking was as described, about 20/25 miles on 5 days, but only biked in the morning to lunch. Time in afternoon for touring, swimming off boat or relaxing. Weather was great! The food did not meet the expectations set by the first two cruises I took this year.

It was a very nice trip, well run. We will do this type of trips again.
