Our father fell ill the day before the trip and we had to go home. We were so busy trying to get trains and planes that we were unable to call until the day before the trip which was a friday and the office was closed so we left a message. We are very disappointed that we didn’t get some sort of refund since we didn’t participate or even see the boat at all. We thought with such a big company there could be some return of some sort. Booking number 2109140015, if anyone higher up in the company could help us out that would be great. The agreement says 1 day before a return of 10% or more. Would like to say that the Boat and Bike Tour did give us our 10% return on our trip interruption which was great of them to do that. They were very helpful once we were able to get in touch with the correct people.

Overall, the trip was successful. The guides were helpful and knowledgeable. Very interesting and diverse trip. Saw a real variety of rural to city life. Fantastic bike trails. The ride with GPS app works very well. It would be nice to have water bottle holders on the bike frames. Some members of our group came down with a stomach virus and we feel the manager on the boat should have addressed it. The manager could have been more helpful and involved.

The biking was great although the bikes could use an update. Food was good. Rooms were small but ok.

Overall it was a good experience. Some of the bikes could use some maintenance.

The overall cycling route was very good although somewhat too close to traffic lanes at times . The guide, Wieger , was excellent both knowledgeable and very safety conscious. The towns we visited were mostly very historical and picturesque. Berthus, Janne, Christina who owned and ran the boat and catering were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and the catering was very good. The cabins are small and fan was needed to keep cool. We had an excellent mix of clients other than our party. Overall I would rate highly.

Enjoyed great sailing, cycling and amazing food on our tour. We received a comprehensive briefing from our captain each morning explaining the days activities. Highly recommend this tour.

This was one of the best holidays I have had The staff were great , The food was delicious. The ride was enjoyable. Our room was small but very comfortable

We really enjoyed our southern Holland tour two weeks ago. The boat accommodations were comfortable, neat and clean. The meals were good, it was nice to be able to pack a lunch for our day. The tour guides were great! The daily briefings were helpful. It would be a good idea to let each rider have the route sheet on their bike. The choice of two routes, long and short, each day was good. We are looking forward to another bike boat vacation in the future!

The experience was wonderful, the guides and crew on Papa Priva were excellent yet others on the boat that signed up with Island hopping were given more details about the trip than we were from boat and bike tours. It would be helpful to tell guests to bring snorkel gear, towels and to be prepared to have cash for tips, bar etc.

I had a wonderful experience riding through Northern Burgundy. The rolling hills were challenging sans an E-bike. I choose to spend on day cruising on board and was invited to spend some time with the gracious Captain, Erik. He shared information about the Yonne River and traversing the locks and navigation in general. It was a rare experience which I treasure. The crew members were quite capable AND fun providing service, music and fun.
