What made our experience the best was the customer service even before we got on the boat. From the very first phone call, it was so refreshing to speak with a real person. The guidance and help we received were fantastic, setting the tone for a truly five-star experience.

Boat/Bike tour was a great getaway. Food was delicious. Staff was so attentive. Cycling tour was what was expected, beautiful.

We left a detailed survey on the boat (see notes from GOING family), but basically we were most pleased with how organized each day was laid out. We greatly appreciated Leslie’s daily detailed report and maps. The meals were well balanced with a wide variety. The duck dinner on the final evening was outstanding. Our room, #405, was a delight with much room to spread out and a large sliding glass door from which we could watch the passing landscape. Simply outstanding!!

Great organisation by the whole crew who were really helpful, friendly, very efficient and dedicated. Cruise was a great balance of cruising and cycling. Very good food and drinks.

“We had a great time on the Vivienne, a RadReisen premium ship. Started in Passau and explored the Danube. The ship, crew, food and tour guide “”Leslie”” were all on their top game. We rented E Bikes which is highly recommended as many of the rides were 50km. We left the boat in the morning and followed a printed or digital guide and caught up with the ship later in the day. A sack lunch was provided. Will do again!”

Rad+Reisen was amazing. We thought we were taking a trip with boat bike tours, but we never saw anyone from there. The Vivianne boat was amazing and the Rad+Reisen boat group ran the entire bike experience.

From the moment we walked on board our experience was exceptional. The food, the service, the staff, all exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, especially as there was a large group of us. It presented as friendly, well organized (thanks to Leslie) and efficient. The bikes were well maintained and good quality. The rides everyday were, easy, well marked, scenic and beautiful. Our last day thru stunning Austria will have us coming back. Thank you for a truly memorable holiday.

Great bikes, we had the regular non electric, comfortable bed, great staff especially lounge dudes, food was good and plentiful, riding through Austria was incredible my favourite part, and Leslie was knowledgeable, informative & awesome. Our group of 20 Canadian s had the second best time of our life s. My one suggestion would be to improve the coffee quality in the morning service.

The #1 reason for a five star rating is the staff/crew. Every single person who I interacted with, everyone who had any role at all in creating this experience was not just good at their job, they were also always warm, friendly, ready to help, at the same time efficient and talented! From morning to night, each and every one was a day brightener! They went above and beyond my expectations. The cabins were comfortable and cared for. Housekeeping was excellent-The food? Absolutely 5 star and beyond! ( Seriously, I have never eaten so well, day after day!) The bikes were great, as was the process of getting the bike to head out and returning after the ride. The crew took care of everything! The routes we rode were beautiful and easy to navigate, except for one route that took us on a busy highway without a designated bike lane. Ideally that would never be part of a route; stressful and dangerous. I am sharing this amazing experience with anyone who asks; I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thanks and kudos to each and every person who created this amazing adventure!!
