The trip exceeded all expectations! The weather modified our plans a bit, but we were still able to see so much of the beautiful Netherlands and several charming, historic cities. We started planning our next trip with Boat Bike Tours before the end of this trip!

Mathias, Marvin, Sylvia, and Victor were a wonderful hard-working staff who took very good care of us. They were unfailing patient and kind the whole week. The boat was roomy and the staterooms tiny, but complete. Food was excellent and plentiful. We’ll definitely book another trip with Boat Bike Tours.

We had a trip we will remember for a long time to come for many different reasons: the amazing experience of being on a large sailing boat; the Dutch countryside is just stunning & very easy to cycle through; the quality of food was excellent; everything was very well organised and it great to meet other like-minded cyclists from many different countries. Our cabin was good but you will need to accept that they are not very spacious! Sitting on deck is very relaxing. There is a good choice of the level activity & there is time to explore towns as well.

The staff were outstanding, friendly, and interesting. The ship was beautiful, elegant and very comfortable. The chef and all the meals were fantastic. The biking equipment was first rate. I highly recommend this trip.

This was an excellent trip. The staff were always positive, efficient and helpful; the magnificent ship was comfortable; the food was plentiful and tasty; and both short and longer cycling routes, provided on Ride GPS, were very good.

I was looking forward to this adventure from the day I made the reservation. We gave ourselves an extra day to wander the streets of the picturesque village of Enkhuizen. Finding the ship was easy and when we boarded were delighted to find new friends just waiting to be met. The boat was comfortable, food was exceptional and crew courteous and welcoming. Cycling was through varied landscapes of beautiful farm fields stunning coastal seascapes and cool clean forests on bicycle paths and low traffic roads. It was a pleasure taking a break in small villages for coffee, a snack and time to chat with new found friends from different countries. A truly delightful trip.

The experience was wonderful. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The suppers were amazing. Breakfast was plentiful but could have been a bit more varied. The bikes were in great shape and we had no issues with them. This is very important as we were self guiding and any problems would have really impacted the trip. The GPS app was great and kept us on track. We look forward to going on another BoatBike trip in the next year.

We liked the relaxed atmosphere on board and on the rides. The food was excellent. Would like to see a little more flexibility in the breakfast timing, i.e. for guests not cycling the duration food is available could be extended a bit. We expressed a food intolerance which was basically ignored. Would like to see more fruit available for the breakfast, also to take on the road. There were a few glitches with the organization of parts of the tour. A bus that was supposed to take us to the Keukenhof tour was not at the arranged meeting point causing delays in departure time and long walk to alternate meeting point. The crew was excellent and went out of their way to make everyone comfortable and take care of any wishes or needs expressed when possible.
