Our bike tour from Bruges to Amsterdam was excellent. The guides and staff on the boat provided top notch service – we couldn’t have asked for more. The food was excellent. My husband is a picky eater and sometimes the meals were too fancy for him. I highly recommend this company.

The restaurant, e-bike and tour director staff were very friendly. The boat needs a face lift. Carpet and chair material frayed. I would have paid a little extra for the trip to have drinking water, tea and coffee available in the afternoon. The showers did not hold a steady temperature making showering less enjoyable. The tour directors English was terrible causing many communication issues.

Everything was nice. The boat could and should have had coffee and water available all day. We couldn’t get coffee till 7:15am. What if you are an earlier riser? You couldn’t get coffee till 3:00 pm and for only one hour🤷🏻‍♀️. Bikes need work, gear shifting, tightening up parts, etc. Guides were nice but basically useless. You could have handed me a paper each day on sites for the day. Guides were pretty much non existence on our ride. Maybe that is the norm on a self guided ride. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Rooms were fine, beds pretty comfy. It got cold and we had to ask to turn the heat on in lieu of AC and one day we didn’t have hot water and they didn’t say anything until it was brought up to them.
Check in was a mess…but check out went fine.

The rides each day were beautiful, the GPS worked well! Really liked having time in the towns in the evenings, gave us time to see some additional sites and explore the local areas.

I knew what to expect with the boat and it met my expectations. I would do another boat bike tour.

We had a fun group of people, including the bike guide and the ship crew. We also were able to see a lot of interesting things on this bike tour.

What a lovely trip this is. There is a variety of activity with hiking, exploring, biking and daily opportunities to swim in the beautiful waters. We’ve been on several Boat Bike trips, but this one really stands out because of how special the crew treated everyone. Angelo bent over backwards to ensure our onboard well-being, and Vera lit up our excursions with her positive energy and depth of knowledge. The positive energy and hard work of both these individuals created a really memorable experience for us.

A very well organised cycle tour combined with excellent accommodation on the boat. The clear and informative presentations and easy to use GPS app combined with good signposting made self guiding very easy. The boat crew were very friendly and helpful.

The experience was what we had expected for the most part. The service was good, the bikes were superb and the crew was helpful with the bikes. However, there was a lack of explanations and instructions in English, and we booked with an English company.

Great boating biking experience. The onboard crew was fantastic. The chef and food great.

The biking part was very good but the routes were not updated when biking to Amsterdam. Major route was in repair for weeks. We had to figure a way back on track. Took us many km out of our way. This type of thing should be known and the route updated. The boat was nice but food was not as expected (i.e. frozen mixed veggies, items titles were misleading like “souffle” was a frozen puff pastry, etc.). Food was fine but I expected much nice based on the write up. No free coffee or tea with dinner. You had to pay 3 or 4 euro for a coffee. That was no expected. No service whatsoever on the deck of the boat. Customer service was poor. Attitude of the bartender and the ship manager left a lot to be desired. Our bike guide Ludwig was very good. He was easy to contact when issues on the bike paths arose. He was very knowledgeable.
