The staff and guides were great. The food was excellent. This was the best part of our three week Europe trip. We had so much fun we’re already looking our next trip.

Our experience was above our expectations. The staff were wonderful in terms of service from the cleanliness of the cabins, food and beverage service, and tour directors. They were always helpful and friendly and keen to ensure we enjoyed our time. The e-bicycles were very good and allowed us to consider the “long” routes on all days including the windy ones. The barge was very well appointed with modern facilities that were incredibly comfortable and very enjoyable. The GPS routes were very good when the tour directors followed them so well worth the effort to download ahead of time. It was a little disconcerting when the tour director left the planned route and thus a sense of need (stress) to ensure you didn’t get separated from the group. The meals prepared by Chef Bas were excellent. We would highly recommend this tour!

Our trip on Allure was fabulous. Martien our Captain, Alv our chef extraordinaire, Angeline, Kris & of course Lia our guide. They all made us very welcome and gave us fabulous service. We would recommend Boat & Bike tours again. Although some of the emails we all received for payment of accounts etc were pretty messy and wrong 99% of the time. It may be worthwhile ensuring your brochure for the trip reflects what kms the riders travel everyday as some felt it wasn’t accurate which made it difficult to work it if some riders were able to ride the whole trip.

A thoroughly enjoyable trip for my family and I. The staff on the Magnifque II were so professional and competent …. and nice. The tour leaders, Corrie and Hester were extremely knowledgeable and adapted the days to suit the needs of the group. The boat staff, Gaz, Marnek, Chris, Damaris and Gabby were super efficient, and all in all it was a great week. Will recommend!

This was an amazing trip! Loved every minute of it! Alex our guide was amazing & made our bike trips everyday a great adventure! Our bar tender Armand came on most of out bike trips as well & was very helpful & fun to be with. Plus he was a great bar tender! Always making us laugh! Sahood our server was so sweet & always smiling! He made all our meals so pleasant! The food was delicious! The only criticism I could make is that our cabin kind of smelled moldy but it certainly didn’t deter us from having the greatest time ever! Thank you to all the Bordeaux boat & bike crew!

Fantastic girls trip! Loved our guide Alex and guide/bartender Arman! The biking was amazing. We all rented E bikes and would definitely recommend getting1, and also paid for a fully guided tour which was so worth it. Food was great, cabins tiny.

This was our first biking tour and it exceeded our expectations. The daily itinerary was well planned; the guides were knowledgeable and fun; the food was excellent and included fresh local fare; and the Captain and Crew went above and beyond to ensure that their guests were well cared for.

My wife and I were very happy with the Bruges/Amsterdam tour on The Magnifique. The boat and crew were first class. And if you are as lucky as we were,you will be joined by a bunch of very friendly people that enjoy life and wake up with a smile Don’t be afraid of the cycling part of the tour,it’s very flat and easy and guides will take care of you if ever you need help For us,it was the first of many to come. Thank you to the entire crew

Loved my experience on the Bruges to Paris trip on the Zwaantje. Super great crew and amazing dinners, not to mention the lovely cycling through countryside filled with history. Be aware that there will cycling in roads with cars, an occasional horse path or two, and rain. But overall, simple, pleasant days of cycling.

Very very good. Food was excellent- kudos to the chef ! Our guide did not answer his emergency phone number when my ebike died half way – 30 km from destination. Was not available to help. He was a little too laid back I think. Ship was lovely and passengers interesting and great to socialize with. Crew excellent and most helpful.
