Wonderful trip! None better! Loved Greece and the Saronic islands. I liked the pace of the trip… we all rode as a group with lead and tail guide on e-bikes (you would have to be super avid cyclist to make some of those hills!) with time later for swimming holes, time in port towns Poros and Hydra and just enough rest and down time. Fabulous hearty full breakfasts, lunches and dinners too. Loved our guides Chrissa and Marylou!! They complimented one another in personality and style. Most importantly they stressed safety all the while getting some exercise and having good fun! Crew… Suleiman, Periklis, Vassia kept us safe on the ship, making adjustments in itinerary given the strong winds. Ani and Matty looked after all our cabins and common areas. And Ersin the chef kept me too well fed so now I’m bit more “fluffy” as Marylou would put it!!! I especially loved that Vassia, a captain herself, took the time, engaged with the group outside her duties and demonstrated her saragli recipe. It was special! Ersin needs to write up his recipes as I think this would make for nice special parting gift! Truly well done and I have taken more than a dozen bike tours to compare! Will be back! Many thanks! While the weather was not our friend, our guides and captain never missed a beat. Changes in plans were made quickly and looked effortless. Thanks to the staff’s experience and attitude, the boat was a happy home during our tour.

I was so impressed with the crew, the marvelous enthusiasm of the guides, and the boat. A beautiful boat of high quality craftsmanship. The countryside was beautiful and the chef Sidi’s dinners were incredible. He even put together a Canadian Thanksgiving dinner for us.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience on our boet5/bike tour from Amsterdam to Bruges due to the excellent boat staff, tour guides, food, and daily organization,bike rides through beautiful scenery on safe bike paths. I would highly recommend the company.

Magnifique 4 is a beautiful boat! Staterooms roomy enough…. We spent little time in the room! Dining room very inviting and all meals just great. Cycles were in good condition and well maintained. Captain and hosts were friendly, responsive, and fun. The cycling Guides were amazing: knowledgeable, personable, fun. The route was interesting and I looked forward every morning to the day’s ride.

We loved everything about our first bike and barge. The staff is a-one.

Our second cruise with Boat Bike Tours surpassed our first. We completed the 9 day Cochem to Metz tour, and really loved visiting the little towns along the beautiful Moselle and returning to our luxurious home for the week, Magnifique III. Although one of our riding days was cut because river flooding closed the locks and the ship could not sail on the scheduled day (circumstances such as this can affect any bike tour on the planet nowadays due to the changing climate), our hard-working Guides and Captain ensured that we would still be able to see the major highlights of the program, including our wonderful guide, Ingrid, leading us through Bernkastel on foot in the evening, and our intrepid guide, Tom, navigating around flooded bike paths. We enjoyed a warm welcome aboard the ship, and dined like royalty on the wonderful 3-course meals prepared by Juul. We know how hard he worked as our cabin was directly under the kitchen, and know full well that he was working before we were out of bed every day. We enjoyed the intimacy of the smaller number of guests onboard, and appreciated the round-the-circle introductions to one another on the first night aboard. All of you at Boat Bike Tours do a great job setting up wonderful programs for some very special vacations.

Great food, with good service at meals. The bar staff was friendly, though I liked the beer selection more on other boats. Very helpful front desk as well. Funny and informative tour director in Jurgen. I really enjoyed the concert in Vienna and wine tasting excursions as well as the bike tour in Belgrade. The bike rides were beautiful and wondrous!

Excellent food, service, accommodations and itinerary. Crew and guides went out of their way to be helpful.
