Brugges to Amsterdam aboard Magnifique This was an excellent boat/bike tour. The countryside is beautiful, the biking is relatively easy. Our guides – Arie and Japke – were wonderful and took very good care of us. The Magnifique is a beautiful boat and the crew is very accommodating. The meals were delicious especially the evening meal – it was always a delight. We packed our lunch every day and always stopped at a nice little resting spot to enjoy a beer with it. Just an absolutely wonderful week!

This was our 3rd boat/bike tour and we give it 3rd place. Captain Klaas was very friendly and helpful, staff however was not very outgoing. Tour guide’s briefings (Reinhard) were tedious and allways running late. Not much additional information from what was already in the booklets. Some people therefore skipped these talks. The biking was great although the cycle path was situated along the main road a number of times. We enjoyed visiting the beautiful villages along the way a lot. Personally we enjoyed Amsterdam- Brugge on the Magnifique (2017) the most, due to the atmosphere on board, followed closely by Passau- Vienna ( including Bratislava) on the MS Theodore Körner (2017).

I really enjoyed the wonderful crew and tour leader – it was a fun and authentic experience traveling with people from around Europe and getting an up close view of the Netherlands. The cycling was great exercise and we traveled through forests and on dykes that you can not really experience any other way.

Loved the whole trip! Our guides Japke and Arie were so wonderful, food was fabulous, met so many great people. Highly recommended!

We had a great week on the MV Amsterdam. Everything exceeded our expectations. There was a choice of shorter or longer bike trips every day and they went through some places a tourist would not normally see. It was a great way to see Holland. The 2 tour guides Nico and Janneke were fantastic at their Job and went out of there way to make sure everyone was happy. Would go again. Darren and Doro. New Zealand.

Took a fabulous 7 day bike/ boat tour from Bruges to Amsterdam with a friend. I cannot say enough about the tour/ company. The staff was very warm/ friendly and went out of their way to make the week extra special. You are treated to 5 star dinners/ has a full service bar; and the tour leaders are multilingual/ knowledgeable/ accommodating to all levels of activity/ physical endurance. We had people in our group from ages 10 to 75 and all had a wonderful time. Would not hesitate to travel with them again. Thank you Hester/ Sandra and all for a marvelous time!!

Fabulous tour leaders and boat crew. They went out of their way to help. Excellent service. Lovely scenery on the rides. I’d recommend an e-bike for anyone who’s not a regular cyclist. It may be flat, but the wind is very strong. Some of the cabins (including mine) were quite damp and smelly

Beautiful, beautiful and beautiful

Interesting form to cycling. You don’t have to think anything, overall after cycling, when you are tired. The ship was nice, clean. The food was in the average. The wine was not so good. Better beer.

Just home from 2 weeks in Holland with Boat Bike Tours. First week on De Amsterdam for the southern tour. Second week on De Holland for the northern tour. Loved both! Both boats are well appointed. The staff were great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was excellent as well. Loved both tours for different reasons. Couldn’t pick a favourite between them. Do be prepared for some winds though especially in the north!
