Outstanding customer service, food, accommodations and itineraries. This was a great trip!

From the first point of contact, the company provided prompt and helpful information. The trip and boat was exactly as advertised. The crew and guides were terrific, the food excellent, the accommodations premium! The Netherlands and Belgium are set up for bikers. This is a wonderful way to travel and visit beautiful and interesting countries.

Amsterdam to Bruges – Zwaantje The weather was not on our side but the experience was very enjoyable nevertheless. The captain and crew members were engaging and accommodating to the changing needs of the passengers. The food was tasty and plentiful. Riding through the beautiful countryside and the charming towns and villages was wonderful. Thank you for making my first bargebike experience a great one.

“My husband and I had a really great 8 days on the Magnifique II biking from Bruges to Amsterdam. Each day we had a choice of long or shorter distances. Whichever we chose, we were guided safely along the extensive and amazing pathway system: through forests, peaceful countryside, along canals and beautiful towns. Time was taken each day to learn a bit about the places through which we were cycling. The food was excellent – never were we left hungry and the “”barge”” was very comfortable. The bonus was the rest of our fellow cyclists. We were all keen to take in as much of the culture and experience as we could on the bikes and off. With that and a very friendly professional staff, it was a great way to end our month long travels. Thanks to the entire crew of the M II.”

We loved everything about our trip- The boat and staff, the delicious food Tina prepared for us every day, our tour leaders, Hester and Angela, the wonderful people we met on board, and the beautiful scenery on our rides! I cannot recommend this trip more highly! I am already dreaming about my next BoatBikeTour.

The Magnifique III is a very well appointed boat for its size and passenger count. The crew was terrific in every aspect, friendly, accommodating and proficient. The food was excellent.

Wonderful trip! The boat was in tip-top condition, well-appointed, and very clean. The staff were warm, welcoming, professional, fun and always available to help. The meals were delicious and I was fortunate to have a chef who went out of her way to cater to my gluten-free diet. The knowledgeable tour guides and tour destinations were educational, diverse and enjoyable. We loved this trip!!

Fabulous experience! Tour guides, chef Tina, servers and captain were the best. Cycling distance options were helpful. Food was 5star. Accommodations were small but comfortable, well laid out and clean. The group we travelled with made it even nicer!

Amsterdam to Bruges on Magnifique 3. Crew of Patrick, Jens, Rutger, Meike, Else-Meike, Marie-Jose and Corrie were professional, courteous, and did a great job. The tour was exactly as it was represented on the web site. Our guides were a wealth of information both enroute and after dinner on walking tours. Cycling route was easy with many side stops that we would never have known to make. The ship and cabins are very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It s nice to have a floating hotel room to come to at the end of the day. Chef prepared meals were top notch. We would recommend this vacation to anyone who wants to experience Netherlands and Belguim countryside.

Beautiful, comfortable boat and great food and service. Our 4th boat/ bike trip, but first time with this boat and we are impressed.

The barge accommodations and food were excellent and the entire crew went out of their way to insure we enjoyed the trip. It would have been better if our bike ride guide knew the route better because we got lost frequently and had to retrace our steps often in the pouring rain. I would have enjoyed a bit more historical context about some of the sights we saw but the routes were beautiful and the landscape stunning!

Loved the boat and crew. The route and sites were beautiful. However, the two guides put many riders at risk. On the first day the Group 1 leader had gotten us lost so many times that we actually had to turn around at least 8 times. I fell four times because I had to keep looking back and stop to make sure the back of the group knew where to turn because the guide was going to fast through the city. One friend was left behind in a city on the fifth day because neither of the guides did a count before leaving. Even after the incident and riders wanting to do a count, they did not do a count. Many problems with the guides; not acting as a team, not training each other, poor communication, stopping on bike paths, etc. I was very stressed out seeing that I was the one who coordinated 28 people to sign up. Several people fell and had bad experiences. But we also had so many great experiences. Riding to Amsterdam on the last day was awesome. On the last night we all bonded in relief and celebration that no one got seriously hurt. This was my fifth time doing a bike and barge trip. These guides were the worst.
