WE had the most wonderful bike/barge tour on the Fluvius. Captain Visser and his second mate Ligthart were excellent and professional pilots on our trips through the canals. They were very accessible and easy to talk with about the barge and how they guided it along the canals. The whole staff was friendly and easy going. They all made the trip wonderful, especially in dealing with some very tired bikers at the end of the day. a very professional staff.

Our trip from Amsterdam to Bruges, Belgium was fantastic! The boat is beautiful. The staff is very hard-working and accomomdating. The food was great. The tour guide was terrific at getting 34 people of varying cyclying abilities and ages from Point A to Point B each day. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in seeing the Netherlands and Belgium in a much more intimate way than a traditional tour.

We had an amazing week on the Fan y Wapen Frisian. The crew could not have done more. We enjoyed the variety of cycling routes which together with sailing in this beautiful boat, made for a great adventure. We totally recommend this holiday.

Lots of fun on the boat and interesting cycling, not too difficult. Friendly and very helpful crew. Well maintained boat, with clean and compact accommodation and nice food. 50/50 mix of sailing and biking determined by the prevailing winds. Danish locations and bike trips nice and quiet, German places more to see. Nice mix of European travellers with 2 from UK and 2 from Canada. Good cooperation when we had to share tasks. No deck chairs, it wasn’t that type of holiday! I would do it again, especially in the week preceding Kiel (sailing) Week, which was just starting. Mike & Gill

A High quality vacation that exceeded my expectations. I was on the Fluvious ship in May 2017 and it was exceptional. The ship was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was smaller (19 cabins) so I got to know others aboard the ship. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. Our guide was also very keen about history of the area and a well organized manager of our group. The bikes were in good working order and the food was also very good! It was so nice to have the balance of exercise with the bike tour as well as cruise the river. I would highly recommend this company and their tours and in fact, I will definitely book a different trip with Boat Bike Tours again :) Lyn Bull – Cobble Hill, BC Canada

I am sorry for last review. Wrong tour!!! I thought I was writing a review for the MS Patria Saarburg to Koblenz. The MS Fleur was a 9 out of 10. The guide and the chef were marvellous!!! My apologies for my wrong review.

We loved our boat and bike trip in Croatia. The boat was lovely and the staff and biking guides were great – helpful and supportive – and the food was excellent. The only thing we would suggest, is that you are in condition for the type of cycling. Croatia and it’s islands are very hilly. Luckily, after the first day of really tough riding, I was able to get an ebike for the rest of the week. It was a life saver!!
