Our BBT experience was wonderful. We bicycled through Belgium and the Netherlands and ate and slept on the boat that accompanied us. Everything about the trip was top notch from the food, accommodations, guides, ship crew and bicycles. The tour was definitely top value for money spent.

My wife and I recently completed the Boat-Bike tour leaving from Amsterdam and terminating in Bruges. We are experienced explorers, having traveled extensively through the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We like active, informative, and experiential trips that also provide time for relaxation, good food, and soaking up local color. We found our Boat Bike tour to be the ideal combination of activity, cultural experiences, historical orientation, relaxation, and superb food and drink. This trip will rate as one of our all-time favorite vacations. Our crew on the barge and our tour guides on the bikes were exceptional on every level. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and personable approach to the trip. They made us feel at home and comfortable from the beginning, and they had our comfort foremost in their minds. We felt they were all fully committed to giving our group the best experience possible. The boat was perfect–small enough for an intimate group but large enough for a comfortable and luxurious cruise. The bikes were great–they were high quality, comfortable, dependable, and well suited for each individual. My wife is 5 ft. tall, and they provided the perfect size bike for her small frame. If we could find these bikes in the states, we would purchase them for our personal bikes. We spent a 2-3 days on both ends of the cruise exploring Amsterdam, Bruges, and Brussels and highly recommend adding a few days if possible. I We had a wonderful experience. We loved the guides Frank and Corrie. The food was excellent. I enjoyed visiting with the Captain in the wheel house. The only bad experience was we didn’t get proper address to where the boat was docked and we spent $140.00 euros finding it after making two trips to your office..

Exploring Belgium and The Netherlands from the perspective of a bike is the only way to go! We truly enjoyed the experience due to the five star service provided by the friendly Boat Bike staff along with the the great food and accommodations! Thank you Boat Bike Tours!

The ship was very good, well sized for the group, and the suites were well proportioned. The crew were excellent and looked after our every wishes. The food was top quality. We had a great trip. Thanks!

We had a wonderful group to travel with and sort of became a family over the week. It was sad for it to end and I can’t say enough how exceptional Frank and Corrie were as tour leaders. The countryside and quaint villages were wonderful to peddle through and the cities were beautiful and full of history. Be sure that all passengers know where to meet the boat on arrival. I can say that the bikes were heavier than what we are used to in the states so be sure to train!

The tour was great. Frank and Corrie were wonderful guides. They were so nice, friendly, professional and just made us feel very welcomed. They also provided lot of information for us along the way. Food was wonderful.. only extra I d ask for was tissues in the cabins! We needed those. Loved the biking experience!

Our experience with Boat Bike Tours was even better than imagined and something we hope to have the pleasure of enjoying again, someday. The crew and guides add value to the experience and everything was comfortable, fun, and worthwhile.

Boat/bike tours always give a lot of bang for your buck. They are well organized with caring leaders. Each daily ride not only delivers manageable distances, but includes interesting historical stops, local industry (cheese farm, local beer brewery, or quaint food stops). The onboard staff tend to our daily needs, a caring gourmet chef and space on board to mingle and enjoy our resting place each night always says, welcome!!! The use of bikes, either hybrids or e-bikes are well maintained and easy to ride. Included are bells and panhandlers to stow gear, clothing and food. This was my second trip with them and it did not disappoint. The knowledgeable guides make this a tour and one leaves with a level of fitness and understanding of the area. Can t wait for signing up for a future trip.

The ship crew did an amazing job of pampering us, and the bicycling experience was great. The boat was in great shape.

Trip was well supported. GPS maps work well. Guides were friendly and helpful. The groups were large and not balanced according to abilities. Not the guides fault, since there were only two of them. The bar staff were wonderful. The food was ok. Breakfast was spot on and we packed our own lunches from that. Dinner was mediocre at best. BBQ was really good. Thanks Michael! Captain was very professional and navigated the narrow lock well. Very accommodating to guests that want to see the wheel house. Overall, great trip!
