The Boat Bike tulip tour was the best vacation I’ve ever been on. Patrick and Maryann where excellent tour guides and I’m already planning my next trip with Boat Bike. Thank you!

This was a truly wonderful experience, between sailing and biking. The staff was great on all levels, particularly as I was the only native English-speaker (with no German or Dutch, despiite French and Spanish ;-), and the only person travelling alone. The only concern I voice on a self-guided tour is that people should either be given the basic bike tools (aside from tire repair), or told to bring their own. It so happened that the bike rented had two issues during a ride (screws that needed tightening, making it impossible to continue), and while we managed to find people in a small town with tools, the difficulty could have been avoided had the bike been carefully checked before renting. Tools, in any case, would be a good idea.

Een 8 daagse boat/bike tocht op de Mare van Fryslan! Van het Ijsselmeer naar de waddeneilanden Texel en Terschelling, via Harlingen, Stavoren terug naar Enkhuizen. Alleen maar moois, van uitleg en het mee zeilen tot heerlijke diners, relaxen, wijn, ontmoeten, je zijn, ik ben enorm dankbaar!! Dank aan Joris, Marvin Wiebe en Esther, jullie maakte samen met de zon het verschil ((:

Net terug van een 8 daagse met de Mare Fan Fryslan. We deden de fiets en zeilvakantie Ijsselmeer en Waddenzee. Wat een ervaring. Slow travelling in t kwadraat ! Onthaasten tot en met. Heerlijke ervaring ondanks het mindere weer. Fantastisch team Joris, Marvin, Stef en Stine ! Degelijke, wss nieuwe fietsen. Lekker ontbijt/lunchpakket. En ‘s avonds heerlijk diner. Bij terugkomst van fiets had Stef steevast wel iets gebakken of klaarstaan. Flink wat bijgeleerd over het zeilen en varen, bedankt Marvin en Joris. Voor Stine was niets te veel. Altijd met de brede glimlach !! Kortom : EEN AANRADER !!

Netherlands: Wadden Sea on the Mare fan Friesland: My friend and I had a marvelous time on this beautiful boat. We were on a self guided tour and we loved it! The maps they give you to download in advance are the only support you need to make it back to the boat. The Crew was great, especially the newbe of the group Teame. It was his first week and he learned quickly!! Very friendly and attentive to all of us! I enjoyed the whole crew from the Captian Joris, our cook Stef and our first mate Marvin. The weather was supposed to be rain and more rain, but we got a surprise every day of beautiful weather. My favorite thing on the boat is the self serve Bar. Thanks for a great week!!

Aanrader, wat een superweek op de “Mare Fan Friesland”. Zeilen, fietsen en een bemanning vol gastheerschap. Wat is Nederland toch mooi….

Great experience on the “Mare fan Fryslan” around the Wadden sea, combined with bike tours. Very good commitment of the staff to make the trip enjoyable. The bikes were in good shape. We recommend !

We enjoyed the trip from the moment we got on the boat. The cycling experience was fantastic. The food was great. Intereting varied guests made the trip a special experience

The holiday was brilliant. The sailing ship was very clean and comfortable. The crew looked after to guests as a team. Always helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. The only problem we had was that my wife’s e bike was to big. She is 5ft 2. All the bikes were the same size, rather large. She could not touch the ground with both feet. Apart from this would recommend the holiday
