The crew and guides were great. Bikes were in great shape and the guides were attentive to access how each rider was managing. Food was wonderful. Nice size group as well. Not too big. Boat was very nicely remodeled and very clean. Rooftop deck was a favourite for the group to hang out together after tge days ride.

What an amazing time we had! We enjoyed every aspect of the Boat/Bike experience. The entire staff was so accommodating and helpful. We rode through tiny villages and bigger cities, and both were beautiful. The food was wonderful, the boat immaculate, and our suite was comfy and had great A/C, which we needed. Can’t wait to sign up for another trip!

Overall the experience was great. Staff were wonderful. Communications, especially prior to boarding, could be improved. We spent 3 hours trying to find the bost, as followed the pdf instructions emailed to us. Also briefings on board were often confused and contradictory. Otherwise very good

This was my third experience with Boat Bike Tours! All trips have been memorable! Our group of ten was able to bike together since we had two guides for the boat. Prior to our trip I had emailed the company to see if our group of 10 could bunk on the same side of the boat. This request was not honored. Two passengers became ill at the beginning of our trip. They did not wear masks and continued to dine with the rest of us. I would strongly suggest for Boat Bike Tours to have a policy in place for ill passengers. I was told that there is no policy in place.
