The crew was excellent and always willing to help. Our guide Melana was excellent and very knowledgeable.
The accomodations were very nice and comparable to other cruise lines. The entertainment was not up to what we have had on other cruises. The food was good but again not up to other cruise standards. Cruise director was very good.

We have done 4 organized bike tours. Elize is the best guide we have had. We had quite a diverse group and she managed the rigours of weather, abilities and personalities exceptionally well.
Richard’s meals were fabulous.
Masha, Lucas (?sp) and our captain provided excellent service. As a team this group were well co-ordinated, supportive and a joy to be around.

I totally enjoyed the tour. Our guides Sinc and ~Lea were fantastic. So informative, helpful,professional yet tending to my personal needs. The crew, outstanding! So hard working and so accommodating, especially our bartender/ waiter. Please acknowledge his name as I do not know how to spell his name.
One negative aspect was the amount of ebikers vs hybrid cyclists. I was on a hybrid bike which is what I ride at home. I felt confident and didn’t have any issues except being at the back of the group. Some of the bikers were intimidating and wanted me to change to an ebike. All they wanted to do was ride point A to point B as fast as possible and not wait for anyone. It was a select 6 ebikers out of the group of 32 that were intimidating. I paid and wanted to ride on a hybrid as that is what i wanted to my experience for my vacation. Maybe in future have 2 separate groups with each guide.
That was the only negative part of my experience. Sinc and Lea were so supportive of me to get my own experience from the tour.

A beautiful way to visit the Croatian islands between Split and Dubrovnik. The boat was clean, well managed with enough space for a comfortable week for 35 people. The bike rides were run for the ebike riders, even the guides were on ebikes so choose another company if you want a true cycling holiday or don’t want to feel like ‘tail end Charlie’ all week. The guides were friendly but refused to let us cycle by ourselves as advertised on the company website. A great way to see Croatia but choose your cycle company carefully.

We do regret, however, that the cycling experience did not fully meet your expectations. As you have experienced, most of our guests on the Croatian Island tours choose to ride e-bikes. This allows us to offer daily routes that include challenging climbs and distances suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. However, when nearly the entire group uses e-bikes, and a few guests ride regular bikes, the difference in pace within the group can indeed become challenging. The guides aim to keep the group together for safety reasons, but this can sometimes mean that traditional cyclists feel like they are riding at the back more often. For guests who prefer a more active workout, it is good to know that the level of assistance on the e-bikes can be adjusted or even turned off completely, allowing for a more demanding ride while still staying with the group. The decision to guide the group together also has to do with the local conditions in Croatia: the combination of narrow roads, traffic, steep climbs and descents makes it necessary, from a safety perspective, to cycle in a group rather than individually. We realize that this limits the freedom some guests may expect, but safety always remains our top priority. We truly appreciate your honest comments, as it helps us to better inform future guests about what to expect on these tours, and where possible, improve our offerings. Thank you once again, and we hope you took home many beautiful memories of Croatia.

On our recent bike and barg tour, the cruise was a wonderful experience. The bikes were well maintained and any issues with the bikes were attended to immediately. The waiters and room service staff were exceptional and very friendly. The food during the cruise was enjoyable.
We did find that the orgainzation of the bike ride/tours was not well directed, explained or laid out. Communication with the activity director was poor, as he was unable to answer questions, give suggestions, provide details on the route (ie: picinic areas/bathrooms/ferry information) and his english was hard to understand at times.
There was no response when our travel partners tried to use the emergency contact number to contact the boat, as they were lost trying to communicate with the staff. Reception phone was not answered either.
It would have been nice to have live entertainment on the boat in the evenings, highlighting the areas we were in.

Very well organized and lots of fun! All the staff worked hard together to make sure we had the best possible experience.
The weather was a bit challenging but BBT adjusted the itenerary to make sure we got the most out of each day.
