We went on the 8 day tulip tour, but the tulips were mostly all finished blooming. The trip was from May 4 to 12. We noticed a poster advertising the tulip festival from April 1 to 30, so it is obvious to me that we were scheduled outside of the tulip blooming window. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the trip was great. The guide was exceptionally well-versed in the history of The Netherlands and gave great evening town walks. The food was excellent. The room was very small, but we did not spend much time in it. The crew was great and the bikes were comfortable and in great condition. Overall a great tour.

An exciting tour. My first bike boat adventure. It was all I expected. Good food thanks Alv. Competent leader Margreet. Pleasant smiley helper Hanna. Always ready to assist Kristen. Two captains Bert and Jonna guided the boat.

The guide Margreet was really nice helpful and very efficient. The rest of crew also efficient and nice. The meals are good and enough plentiful The staff were helpful and the communication was very easy and efficient. The journey of the trip was pleasant The only thing was the barge Sarah, is a little bit old and need a reform. But I ll recommend this tour.

Great trip! The crew was terrific- very helpful, well-organized, personable and very professional. The food was delicious, the boat was clean and comfortable, the bikes were in great shape and our guide, Margreet, was wonderful. I would happily book another boat bike tour with this company.

This is an amazing, authentic way to experience a country.

Our Hanseatic Tour on the Barge Sarah was fun and enjoyable. Our accommodations and meals were excellent and the crew of Captain Berthus, Host Jonne, Mate Romek, Mate Romek, and Chef Agrueszka were a well oiled machine. Our tour guide, Piet, added to our ride by providing historical and current information about the area we covered. We highly recommend Boat Bike Tours!

Ivo, Reintje, Agnieszka and Waldy, You made the trip so amazing. Thank you for all you did for my group from the US. We are a bunch of crazy airline people and you handled us with grace and compassion. The meals were amazing and plentiful. Even though you have nothing to do with the weather…it could not have been better. Raintje thank you so much for taking care of our cabins and our everyday needs. You made my job so much easier. We loved this opportunity to explore the Netherlands in the fresh air. The boat was very comfortable and the staff were first class. The bikes were good but it would have been nice to have a holder for the water bottle, and toe straps on the pedals. Some raw veggies for the picnic lunches would have been a bonus to this lovely tour.

Biking through the country side was so pretty and relaxing. There were many stops for coffee, etc. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
