This was a definite 5 P+þ tour! Crew was great, food was great, ease of using the bikes and trails was great! Would definitely recommend and would book with them again!

The information provided prior to starting the trip has an incorrect point that customers need to be aware of (I hope it has been fixed by now) It contains a requirement for participants to bring their own helmet. However on premium boats they are provided and particiants might bring their own from various places on the planet (inconvenient) or be out of pocket unnecessarily. I’ve already communicated this to Boat Bike Tours but disappointingly (and not surprisingly) have had no response. Once on the boat everything was fantastic but the boat experience is run by a separate company, Magnifique. My trip was on Magnifique II. All the crew were lovely and the boat is beautiful. If my review had been for Magnifique only I would have given 5 stars.

Every member of the staff, from top to bottom was not only helpful but eager to lend a hand. The one thing that irritated me was how we were charged for so many things that should have been included in the original cost of the trip. For example, I asked for a glass of water. I got a very small one and then was charged a rather large amount for the water.

Tour was very well organized, food was decent, service great, but AC didn’t keep up on a couple of the hotter days of our trip. But, we would recommend it and do it again.

“Wonderful crew! Extremely well organized! Well thought out route to cover the fact that it is a “”there and back”” trip on the river. You got to bike and see the parts of the Danube on the way back that you slept through on the way down. The only thing they could improve is the coffee :)”

Great food and accommodation (we had a suite). Crew were friendly and professional. Liked to be able to ride independently with Ride with GPS app.

We had a great experience on this tour! The e-bikes were a positive choice, the crew on the ship was exceptional. Highly recommend this tour!

Boat & Bike was very responsive to any questions we had prior to departing on the Waddenzee trip aboard the Leafde fan Fryslan. The ship s crew (of 5) was fantastic and we recommend this adventure highly! The biking experience was pretty easy (flat!) while the scenery was first-rate. The suite we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. The food aboard was varied and good. We would do this trip again!

We went on a Hansa cities cycle tour in the Netherlands on the Magnifique II. It was fantastic. The crew on the boat were awesome. The guides were awesome. They were all very friendly and worked as a team. They would help us with whatever we needed. The cycling was great with lots to see. The guides were very knowledgeable and funny and made the trip a pleasurable experience. The chef was also exceptional and dinner was something to look forward too every day. The boat and cabins were way more luxurious that I had expected. I give this trip the full 10 out of 10, something I have not done before on Trust Pilot.

The guides were terrific: knowledgeable, friendly, and always available and helpful. The cycling and included planned activities were great. Cabins were small, but cleaned daily, and the entire crew was always friendly, helpful and professional. Meals on board were very good, and always plentiful food provided for packed lunches.

We did the Historic Hanseatic Cities Tour aboard the Magnifique II in August. What a spectacular time !! The crew were fantastic, the food was exceptional and the tour guides (Frans and Brian) were so much fun to ride with. It was such a wonderful time and it went by way to fast !! Thank you for all the memories that we will carry with us…until the next trip with Boat Bike tours !!
