I felt that the trip was a bit disorganized. When we arrived at the boat the staff did not greet us and tell us what to do with our luggage. Later after the information meeting we were told that if you had an e-bike to go up on deck and find your bike and get your battery to charge it in your room. It was pitch black on the top deck and I fell on some dark wicker furniture and really hurt myself. In fact it’s been a week and a half and my hip still hurts. The tour guide was there and did help me and I also got some ice from reception. The top deck should have had the lights on OR the battery should have been left in the room like the charger was. I felt that the instructions for each day was lacking. They did not tell us any points of interest or any good restaurants etc. I also felt that the days were very time restricted. We had to be back on the boat at a certain time and this meant we really didn’t have anytime to explore. Maybe that is why no points of interest was mentioned. The food was adequate but I think the lunch was very boring. A meat and cheese sandwich every day! Other than the tour guides the staff were awesome! The boat was very clean as well.

Our Guides Evan and Alan were well prepared and the best adult babysitters i have ever seen. :) The whole tour was fantastic!

This is the way to see Germany, beautiful towns and scenery. Nice friendly staff, always accommodating. Food was excellent. Only suggestion is the last town Merzig was a disappointment. After all the amazing cities and stops, this was a working town with little charm. Any chance to change location?

The whole boat/bike experience was wonderful. The guides, the food, the accommodation, all seven crew members! Every aspect of this tour was great.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and cool, which was vital since we were riding in temps up to 88 degrees F. Unusual heat in Netherlands and Belgium this time of year. But the chef and crew kept us supplied with fresh watermelon slices, smoothies, etc. when we returned from a ride. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Our guides Patrick and Martinette were excellent, navigating us safely to our destinations each day, and enriching the rides with cultural and historical information and fun experiences like the strawberry vending machine and the crazy bike museum. After only eight days, we felt like we had added some wonderful people and memories to our lives

The Montargis-Paris aboard Fleur was our 3rd tour and it was OUTSTANDING. Stefanie, who is both boat owner and chef, and her crew were wonderful, caring and responsive. Our guides Hilko and Williem were fantastic. All guides should be this good. Despite, this being a smaller boat, the cabins had an abundance of storage room and the bright decor made them feel roomy and comfortable. The bathroom also had great storage room. The food was incredible. Ample and delicious portions. We had a family group of 10 and the trip exceeded everyone’s expectations. I’ll soon be booking our fourth trip. We are so grateful

The rides were great and the tour guides were awesome!!! An afternoon stop to refill water bottles was needed on a couple of the days. The cabins were nice and the air conditioning worked GREAT!!! The Magnifique III is a nice ship. The dining room needs to be cooled better. Very warm to sweating trying to enjoy dinner. It was hard to understand why the doors were always open to the outside area when it was 80-90 degrees outside. Also several times the breeze was blowing the ships exhaust fumes right through the open doors into the lounge and dining area. I would recommend this trip

This was our first bike and barge and we are already planning to go again! The crew was fabulous from the moment we stepped on board, welcoming us and showing us to our cabin. The food was exceptional, with the chef, Frank, explaining each course at dinner. Allergies were meticulously monitored. The guides were knowledgeable and a pleasure to bike with each day. They even showed us around each town in the evenings. Every crew member and all 22 guests were delightful. A truly wonderful experience.
