We are sorry to hear that the number of sights in the itinerary was disappointing for you and that the long bike rides did not meet your expectations. Your suggestion to include timetables in the trip itineraries to make it clearer how much free time there is to explore the cities or attractions along the way is very helpful. We will certainly consider this in future trip descriptions. We also regret that you had problems with the bikes and that there were insufficient tools to fix a flat tire. We will make sure that adequate tools are available to all guests in the future. Finally, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the lack of hot water. We understand how important a hot shower can be, especially on rainy days, and we will do our best to ensure that such problems do not recur. Thank you again for your feedback.
