Our cabin was very nice and well appointed for the most part, quite roomy for two, especially since we didn’t spend much time there except for sleeping. The small shelves definitely help to keep devices charged and organized My only suggestion is that the beds could be firmer, especially for “older” guests with back or hip issues. I would have also liked the option of having a wash cloth and/or a hand towel, and a small bar of soap.

The biggest negative was with regard to the food. First, I think that the breakfast food should be set up in a separate area from the lunch station, as it took guests too long to get their breakfast, and many felt that they had to create their lunch sandwiches at the same time. So, we stood in line for breakfast longer than needed, and by the time some went back to create their lunch, there was little to choose from. The breakfast often was depleted before all guests were served. One morning, almost all the guests went through the breakfast line, many seemed discouraged that there wasn’t an egg or protein option, and then, the kitchen brought out a bowl of hard boil eggs after many had already begun eating. For lunch, there should be more options than just eating ham every single day! Another meat choice like turkey or chicken would have been better, as well as having consistent access to lettuce, tomato, and various condiments. Some days, it was really slim pickings to make a decent lunch,. Variety to the lunch snacks would have also been appreciate as well. And, finally, the evening meal was a huge let down, not just for my husband and I, but many other guests that we talked to. There were a few “delicious” items throughout the week, but mostly we were disappointed. Case in point, the “asian” night was very confusing, spicy and limited…no one said “take only 1 shrimp and 1 egg roll!” So some people got none at all, (and they never brought more to our table, like they did for others) and the beef and peppers served over rice was frankly inedible because the meat was so tough no one could even chew it. I know there were many guests who went to bed very hungry that night as it was left on most of their plates. I must admit that I had very high expectations to experience some amazing food, as stated by guests on your promotional videos, and by guests on the boat whom we met the night before, who just raved on and on about all the food….as it was prepared by the previous chef. So, I think you seriously may want to reconsider not using our chef again!

What an amazing time we had! We enjoyed every aspect of the Boat/Bike experience. The entire staff was so accommodating and helpful. We rode through tiny villages and bigger cities, and both were beautiful. The food was wonderful, the boat immaculate, and our suite was comfy and had great A/C, which we needed. Can’t wait to sign up for another trip!

The excellent and individualized customer service we received during our trip from Amsterdam to Brugge made our trip outstanding.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week cycling from Amsterdam to Bruges.
The boat was really comfortable and clean. We paid extra for the upper deck cabin, and it was worth it. The food was excellent, although the quantities were erring on the side of too much.
The basic organisation was very good. I particulalry liked the navigation app that helped us keep on track. The guide was very attentive to everyone’s needs, but was not always clear on some details, which caused a little confusion at times.
I would certainly do another holiday with them.

I would strongly suggest that more guides be employed for our size group. Two guides for 34 riders is totally inadequate. Asking a paying customer to volunteer to “ride sweep” is irresponsible and borderline dangerous. I rode sweep on two days, one of them without even a radio to alert the guide if there were any issues (there were). Why should paying customers be asked to help staff a ride that they are paying for? Also, guides should be more forthcoming with local history and culture during the rides as they are taking place. This is not possible if there are only two guides, spread out over 34 riders.

The entire trip was great. The crew on the boat, the captain, chef, hospitality team, and the ride guides were friendly, helpful, and attentive to the needs of everyone on board. The accommodations on the boat are very comfortable and the food was very good.

We were fortunate to have mostly beautiful weather while riding and were led through a variety of historic cities and scenic countryside in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The crew and staff were amazing. These people could run any 5 star resort.

Everything from the biking experience to the crew and guides, to the atmosphere created, to the food, to the accommodations, made for an experience to remember and treasure and want to do again!

What made my experience great was the staff, itinerary and routes. The routes were well thought out, ebikes were available for last minute changes, the food was amazing. Chef prepared dinners each night to each individuals dietary needs! Cabins were clean. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable. I had Erna and she made sure we stopped at historical sites.
