The whole trip was awesome! Anya did a great job leading us! And Martien and Romek and Agnes and Sylvia did a great job on crew! Everything was perfect! And the food was amazing and the biking was awesome!

First hats off to our Captain Patrick and sailor Alexis for their command of the boat. The hosts Cat and Jolien were responsive to our never ending requests. Thanks to Chef Jules for his gourmet dinners, some of the best meals we have ever eaten. This crew worked endless hours to make our trip enjoyable. Our tour guides Corrie and Marlien were incredible. They were not only guides but friends on our journey. The knowledge our guides had on the history of the cities and people along the route we took through the Netherlands and Belgium added to our experience. The boat itself provided more than enough room for everyone when we all were on board. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of biking with a nice cold beer! Finally our fellow bikers became part of the experience, we truly enjoyed everyone on our trip. A lifetime memory.

The tour guides Hetty and Andreas made this trip. We encountered severe flooding and even an engine room fire at the end of our trip. But Hetty and Andreas did a fantastic job adapting and overcoming constantly changing conditions and conflicting situations. All with a smile and a sense of humor. The staff was constantly making new arrangements for us with last minute bus trips and hotel arrangements. Great behind the scenes support!

Despite the high water on the Rhine, the experience and staff were outstanding. The staff made the necessary changes on a moment’s notice. They were flexible, kept us informed, friendly, kind, upbeat, and patient. The staff all seemed to act like a family which made the atmosphere very nice. The food was outstanding and offered many choices for breakfast and lunch. Dinner was always delicious and presented nicely. It was also nice to have an afternoon snack.The rooms were great and it was a pleasant surprise that the rooms were cleaned daily. After a fire in the engine room, the staff did an outstanding job to pack up our belongings in our rooms and deliver our suitcases to the hotel under very challenging circumstances. I always felt safe and that the staff had the situation under control. My only complaint, however, my non-electric bicycle was great, that some guest’s bicycles were not in working order and seemed to cause some riding and gear changing issues. I would not hesitate to book another trip with BoatBike Tours and look forward to doing so in 2026.

Great holiday with excellent crew and support staff. The bikes were in great condition and we had no issues with them. The cycling routes are really lovely with the provided maps and instructions clearly leading us through every step. The online app was very beneficial. The only downside was the food. It was ok but relied heavily on sauces and the breakfast buffet was the same every day without much choice to make our packed lunch interesting.

This was our 3rd time on Boat Bike tours, they have all been excellent.

The crew was cheerful and helpful. The bikes were in good working condition. We really liked our guide, she gave information in a engaging way. The food was okay but could improved.

Great holiday, great food. Communication and organisation all very well set up. A bit of cycle practice and awareness is recommended before you take your holiday.

It all just worked. The boat was great, the staff great. The bikes were solid. The best bar in each town was on the boat itself, with unique water views, especially from the hot tub on the top deck. On the negative side the access to each town/city after mooring was in a couple of the sites limited. Understandable given the logistics of parking a 65m boat. We would do a boat bike tour with Boat Bike Tours again.

We so enjoyed the stops in Sweden and Denmark, the bike riding through gorgeous scenery, yet with time to ourselves. The good was plentiful and tasty, but the best part was putting up the sails and sailing to Malmö for our final stretch.

We booked the Lagny-epernay tour and loved it. The scenery gets better each day so recommend travelling in this direction and not reverse. Definitely needed e-bikes up the hills and worth it. Frank the chef served us delicious 3 course meals each night . Highlight was visiting the Mercier champagne house for tour and tastings . Marianne our guide was very knowledgeable about the areas and places of interest.
