Did you lose something during your trip?
We’re sorry to hear that you may have lost an item during your Boat Bike Tours trip. To help you find it, please visit our Lost & Found page:

On this page, you’ll find an overview of all items that have been found on board our ships. Each item includes a photo and description, so you can easily check if your belongings have been recovered. If you recognize your item, you can submit a claim through the website and let us know why it belongs to you. Our team will carefully review your request and confirm ownership. Once confirmed, we’ll guide you through the next steps to return your item, for example by arranging shipment to your home address.
Please note:
- It may take a few days before newly found items appear online.
- Lost items are stored for a maximum of 3 months after the trip.
- If you don’t see your item yet, we kindly ask you to check the page again later.
