While the staff was friendly and courteous, food was average and accommodations pretty basic. Bikes and tours were very good and care was given to assure few got lost. Having free coffee all day but charging after 5:30 seemed petty. Also, there was a TV in the lounge but no way to access. We enjoyed the trip and experience.
