Great trip and crew, office staff need to up their game

We recently enjoyed the Amsterdam to Bruges boat/bike trip. The trip itself was excellent. Great crew, lovely cycling along flat routes and great scenery. I would recommend this trip. However, the office staff was very difficult to communicate with. A month before our trip I decided to switch to an e-bike due to an injury. I contacted the info email and heard nothing for weeks despite repeated emails. I finally found the name of someone who worked there and got some results but I don’t think this company even looks at the info email. In addition, our trip was cancelled at the last minute due to engine failure. We were notified by email which we received as we were heading to the airport! Contacting us by phone or text message would have been better. They weren’t very useful in helping us find an alternate trip either. I found a new trip myself and luckily there was room on it.
