Our overall experience with Boat Bike Tour was wonderful. Our guides were very knowledgeable and experienced. We enjoyed the variety of Belgium and the Netherlands, not only while we were biking but as we were traveling on the boat as well. As for the boat and her crew, can t say enough about how they made everything comfortable. Cabins were always clean and comfortable, the meals were amazing. The crew worked very hard to make our experience the best it could be. I highly recommend Boat Bike Tour for a very enjoyable biking experience. My wife and I are great full to Peter and Marleen for making our trip amazing.

The staff was always polite and helpful. They made it easy for us to just show up and have a great time. When there was an issue with a bike, they immediately took care of it. I had a dead battery on my ebike one day and Hans immediately switched batteries and went back to the boat to replace his. There was no disruption in my ride. The boat was always clean and the food was delicious! After a long day riding, we were always greeted with smiles and the option of coffee, tea or a drink. Our guide Jerome, was helpful and made sure that everyone was able to keep up. The distances (which had seemed daunting before we boarded the ship) were doable, mostly because Jerome gave us regular breaks and kept everyone at an easy pace. We also enjoyed the evening city walks which gave us a chance to stretch our legs and learn about each city where the boat was anchored.

Wonderful tour. Tour directorLeslie was fantastic. Good sense of humour and very well organized. Hotel manager and rest of crew were very helpful and friendly and efficient in loading and unloading bikes. Food was great and rooms a decent size. Housekeeping came often. Overall experience was wonderful and would highly recommend.

We loved the bike boat from Amsterdam to Brugges. Everything was first class. Food was excellent, the boat was clean. Staff were friendly. The tours were excellent and distances were great!

Guides were wonderful, helpful, entertaining and informative. Boat was comfortable and clean. Meals could be better, especially the breakfast and lunch. Maybe serve waffles or eggs, it was too repetitive. Staff was excellent

Traveling the Flora is not for the high maintenance, needy and demanding. This is like very fancy camping on a magnificent boat that also serves as someone s home. You are in someone s home, being welcomed to their dining room, their living room and their hearts. The ship is efficiently run! The captain is friendly and kind but gives the air (as any good captain should) that this is his boat and his rules. If you are familiar with small boat life you get it. It is a busy life with many parts and pieces. The chef! Junne, what can I say except you can taste her commitment and passion for cooking. My husband and I love variety and flavors and the Flora delivers! Quaint, rustic and nutrient packed dishes were a lovely surprise every day. I was fortunate to spend time with her and wish I had more time. She could easily become a great friend. Berthus, Junne and Christiana were wonderfully kind, generous and great hosts. Hetty, our guide, is the picture of loveliness. She is genuine in her interest of your holiday and eager to help you settle in to your desire for your own holiday expectation. She was helpful and hard working, kind and efficient. I would love to travel with her again. The Flora is cozy and unique. Cabins are clean and well cared for. If you expect all the comforts of a massive cruise this is not your boat, but if you truly want a family home experiencing small boat life in a intimate setting, then Flora and it s crew are it! We will definitely travel with them again in the future. This morning on our departure as our taxi pulled away, Berthus, Junna, Hetty and Christiana were there behind us waiving good bye. I did not have a tissue for my tears. My only complaint. If the crew makes you fall in love with the country you are visiting, the boat you are traveling on and them, they should make sure you have a tissue for your tears when you depart. All was good. Great staff on the boat. Would be a five out of five except they didn’t have our names on the passenger list at check in. They let us on anyway, with our paperwork. Also the lounge and the dining room got very warm when full.

This was my second trip with Boat Bike Tours. As before the boat was wonderful , meals amazing( thanx Steffie) the bike routes were beautiful and the e-bikes were life saving! The guides Janeka and Will were knowledgeable and fun. The crew especially Martin kept everything running smoothly and smiles on everyone s faces. The Captain made it through all the locks and navigated a water tunnel through Paris, which was a thrill for everyone! One of the best parts of sharing a boat and bike journey is boarding the ship as strangers and leaving as friends!
