We have done 2 tours with Boat Bike Tours. We stayed on Flora both times. Company of great catered, bike self guided holidays.

The food was great. Needed a facecloth as part of the towel package.

From the moment we were welcomed aboard the Flora, we felt comfortable and cared for. Well organised with excellent communications (to cope with different languages), nothing was too much trouble for the captain, cook, crew, or tour guide. It was a real pleasure and I hope to be able to repeat the experience again (and again)!

“There was good communication from the company before the trip to help us prepare and plan approriately. Questions were answered in a friendly & timely manner. Rules and expectations were always clear and specific. Everything aboard the ship was as described. There were no unexpected changes or surprises. The ship crew was friendly personable & and accommodating. Meals were very good and healthy. Plenty of food to satisfy us after a day of riding bikes. Accommodations were comfortable even though the cabins and the common areas are tight. We are used to air conditioning and were concerned about cabins being too warm for sleeping. Fortunately, the unusually cool weather kept sleeping temps bearable. My electric bicycle worked great and made riding in the windy weather a “”breeze””. Our tour guide was fabulous. Tami is very personable, positive and accommodating and a wonderful leader. she was clear and specific about the daily rides, yet also open to input from the group. Her enthusiasm kept the group happy and motivated. This was an all around great trip and I would definitely do another trip with this company., and especially with the group guide.”

The people/crew were crucial and all worked really hard to make our holiday special. This in spite of the weather!

Beautiful biketrips through lovely nature. The guide Tamy was very good in telling us what we should see during thetrips and so was the sailor Berthus and the chef Jonna and mate Andy. Delicious meals, a Good atmosphere and safe sailing On Flora. We have already ordered a new trip because we like the combination of staying On a boat and bicycling. Greetings from Svein and Ingrid

The Flora offers a comfortable, intimate experience with a maximum of 22 guests. The crew was first rate, very friendly, and the food was fabulous. Our guide, Tamy is truly world class, contributing mightily to our enjoyment. Friesland is a beautiful place, and the daily routes showed us this.

Our guide Tami was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She made the trip exceptional.

We spent a wonderful week on the Flora on the Friesland tour led by the fantastic team of captain Berthus, chef Jonne and sailor Andy. All worked hard to make our boat bike tour a fabulous experience. The weather was atrocious but nevertheless we loved our holiday in this special region. The imaginative and delicious food prepared by Jonne was a welcome treat after cycling in the wind and the rain. The friendship and camaraderie between guests of different nationalities was very special, aided by the wonderful crew.

Friendly and helpful staff, good organising, food, company, weather, scenery, safe and quiet paths, everything was perfect.

Velosophie – cycle holiday was already for the second time with a groupe of 14 people on the Friesland-Tour on the Lena Maria boat. We have had a very windy week. The crew around the skipper Eelke was very efficient. So the tour was proposed they other way around, so that we could go to the island of Terschelling, which is absolutely worth to go there. Time on the boat, time on the bicycle, with at the end of the day a good meal an a good bed. Thanks a lot for this week. Monique
