Everything was so well done The boat was great as were the meals the tours were well thought out and took us through some beautiful countryside

– food is not well plan and over all mediocre : – ( – boat, room, bath, dining room, living room and upper deck are ok : – ) – bike are ok – ride with GPS ok in country side and “terrible” at the departure and the arrival

The entire trip from Amsterdam to Brugge was well done! From the crew to the tour guides to the food to the sights along the bike routes and the so much more! We will be booking an entire boat the next time

The choice of trail we rode our bikes on was Amsterdam to Bruges..So beautiful, easy to ride along flat land..My ebike made it even better.. The dining/bar staff were very professional. The tour guides Hugo/Anja were absolutely wonderful. The rooms need a face lift..My bed was very comfortable

The ship experience was excellent, as was the crew, service and food. Day one biking 57 km was a little ambious for those who are not regular bikers. My wife is very petite and could not adjust her bike enough to make it manageable. Numerous falls on the first day resulted in a damaged wrist and shoulder. She was unable to ride after that. That was very disappointing. Having a couple of smaller framed bikes available could have prevented this sad outcome.

The staff and guides were very good. The boat needed some upgrading. The bike routes were very good and the app was easy to follow. I think if we went a few weeks later the smaller cities would have been more lively in the evenings.

The staff were excellent! The tour guides were fun and knowledgeable, the chef created excellent meals and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Several people did get a 24 hour flu like illness. But all recovered and staff were very accommodating with needs. We hope to book another trip like this one soon.

Fluvius boat Bruges to Amsterdam. Communication leading up to the tour was very good. Check in was quite easy but a small delay due to cabin readiness happened. Dinners were first class food, breakfast was just basic as was provisions for packed lunches. The boat staff was friendly and effective. The tour staff were also friendly and informative. Do better: roughly 2/3 of passengers developed intestinal issues that lingered from day 2 to the end. More could have been done to inform passengers and take precautions. Perhaps water brought in if water was the issue? It’s unclear but disturbing. Our cabin had many unresolved issues. Two days of riding had rain so coming back and hanging up clothes near the heater in the cabin would have been nice. But we had no heat. The technician worked on it for 10 minutes then gave up. Not good. Our bathroom door never was closable for the whole trip. It never latched. And the shower head was hand held only as the clip was missing. Lastly, the smell of raw sewage in the morning from somewhere was tough to handle. Lots of issues in our room that I haven’t mentioned. The rooms smell musty, and they need a lot of work. Just being honest…

We thoroughly enjoyed our Tour! The food was excellent, the cabin was comfortable, and the bikes were great. We enjoyed our tour leaders, and especially appreciated their introduction to the biking rules of the road before starting out. The problems we encountered were relatively minor, but I offer my observations in the hopes of being constructive: 1. The breakfast service was challenging because the space was small and everyone wanted breakfast at the last possible moment. I found that the ship staff didn’t monitor the food very well, and most days some people went without because of the crush of people. 2. One day when I was riding, I developed problems with my bicycle. The tour leader did not appear to be in a position to assist me. Her advice was to keep riding, and maybe somebody could help me at the boat. That day we rode 43 km, under difficult wind conditions, and the issue came up prior to the mid-point of the day, so this was a disappointing response. Fortunately one of the members of the group was able to help me. I am not sure that the company has a procedure for when someone cannot finish the day of biking, unless they have a serious accident (for example), which one of our tour members did. (She was in a different group from me, so I cannot comment on the procedure.) 3. There was a lack of clarity about the optional canal tour in Amsterdam. In other tours I have done, there has clearly been free time when someone could take advantage of this, either by themselves or in a group. So I bought it (along with paying for the other tour costs), but when I arrived at the boat, there was no time in the schedule when it was really convenient to do the tour. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have bothered. 4. There was little to no creation of a temporary community on-board ship. On the first evening, when the leaders and the crew were being introduced, it might have been appropriate to have each participant also introduce themselves quickly.
