Great trip – the rides were very enjoyable. Staff was great and all very easy to interact with, our guides were friendly and helpful. Dinner menu exceeded my expectations. Primary drawback was the poor air conditioning. Rooms were very warm when we returned from cycling and didn’t cool off to later in the evening. Dining room too warm for dinner meals. Staff did work hard so we could all eat outside instead. Would book another trip with this group – I miss the cycling already!

Excellent experience The Manifique II (recently renovated) was way more luxurious than we anticipated. The air-conditioned cabins spacious (for a boat) and bathroom well appointed. Only wish the dining/lounge area was air-conditioned or had windows as it was hot there during the heatwave Europe is experiencing. The food on board was excellent and the 50kms ride was perfect for getting rid of the extra calories : ) The crew was very friendly and we were lucky that the Captain and owner of the boat was on board with his family – It really felt like being home guests!! Would highly recommend this boat and tour!!!

The reason I did not give you 5 stars was not entirely your fault. One of the other passengers arrived with a fully contagious head cold, which I acquired on the third day of the tour when she abandoned her bike and I pushed it up a hill. Several other passengers also caught the virus. The crew and tour guides were great, as were the meals. The bikes are heavy and clumsy, but for good reasons. I readjusted the handlebars, which made my bike considerably more stable. The scenery and cultural aspects of this tour were far beyond my expectations, and I thank you for that experience.

We did have a number of problems on the cruise itself – but these weren’t the fault of BoatBike Tours. When we reported the issues to them afterwards, they were fast and very fair to us in their response.

An enjoyable week on the Magnifique III. The crew and guides were knowledgeable, accommodating, responsive and genuinely interested in ensuring the guests had a positive experience despite the record high temperatures during our week onboard. The cabins were comfortable and the food was outstanding—kudos to the chef! Thanks to Arie and Ingrid for a fun vacation.

This was a fabulous trip. The accommodations were great and the food was excellent. The biking was well-paced and the guides were helpful. The only improvement I could suggest would be to add a rough coating to the the bottom of the showers to make it less likely that people would slip. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole operation and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The Amsterdam to Bruges bike and boat tour (with the premium barge Magnifique II) is a fantastic trip. The guides set a very leisurely pace and the terrain is flat so the tour is well suited to people who don’t cycle a lot. Magnifique II is a high quality barge with good sized cabins and a spacious saloon. The crew are super friendly and the cycling guides are knowledgeable and professional. The meals on board were of a very high quality.

We did the Trip of Sicily and the Aeolian Islands. This trip was the best trip we ever took. Very exoctic we thought. However, the climate was pretty hot, and the air conditioning was sporadic making it hard to sleep which was an issue for all the guests, the wifi was also sporadic. The ship Sundial was beautiful, the tour Guide Vera was great, the Captain and First Mate Angelo were great, the chefs and housekeepers were great! The bike riding in my opinion was tough on a pedal bike even though I trained for this, if I was to do this again I would have ordered an e-bike for all the bike rides as the rides are a constant climb up. Other than that, the trip was a DREAM!! Beautiful sites, people, food, drink!!!

The format and quality were wonderful. The number of guests was small enough for comradery but large enough for variety. Options for going with a group or venturing on your own, just download the app and/or follow the map. The whole crew were marvelous!
