The crew (Eelke, Monique, Lars and Glenn) the Lena Maria were amazing. I would gove them a 10 out of 10. They were so engaging and made living on a boat for 8 days really easy and comfortable. The food was exceptionally good. The tour guide (Fred) was incredibly wonderful. I opted to deviate from the tour a couple of days and he was awesome. Fred ensured I was equipped with the knowledge and tools to get back to the ship as easily as possible. He did walking tours with interested individuals after the dinners on the boat and provided some information about the cities we were in. I would highly recommend this group of people.

Great tour. Helpful crew, very good catering. Small group is far better than big ships where u get a clipboard witth knot points .

We are still on cloud nine after our trip on the Lena Maria through Friesland and Terschelling. I don’t know where to begin without writing a novel. From sun up to sundown day in and day out, this was a trip that was full of amazing experiences. The food, fellowship and good times were all top notch. Hats off to our Captain Eelke and his entire crew for making this our new favourite way to visit The Netherlands!!! We will be back for another tour!!!

Had a wonderful time on the Lena Maria last week. The crew was so friendly and helpful. Roos and Lena were excellent in serving in housekeeping and made sure you had everything you needed. Laars did a fantastic job making sure we were well fed with his culinary expertise Ilkea was the best captain and maneuvered the boat expertly through the canals and lift locks. Enjoyed every minute of it

Lovely holiday. Food was excellent. Guide was excellent. Cabin was adequate. Staff were lovely. Cycle routes were easy and mostly dedicated cycle paths. Really couldn t find any fault with anything. I would do another trip.

Our entire experience with Boat/Bike Tours was efficient ,with the administration providing clear, helpful information with prompt customer service. The boat Lena Maria and her crew could not be faulted. Our accomodation was ideal and the number of participants on board was perfect for socialising easily. The skipper, cycling guide , chef and hostess did everything possible to make this trip memorable. The meals were of exceptional quality. The bikes and additional equipment were presented in top condition each morning, and the organisation of the rides and the interesting local information added to the enjoyment of the week. We would certainly recommended this to others as an active but relaxed holiday. Thank you all.

This was our second tour excellent boat first class crew and guide and what wonderfull food !!!!!

We started enjoying this Boat Bike tour from the moment we saw the Barge. We had a wonderful week on the Hanseatic Tour; never realised Holland was so interesting and beautiful, made all the more enjoyable by our lovey crew and guide Patrick. Food and facilities were excellent with lovely extra touches from our chef with nibbles when we arrived back from a days cycling and again after dinner in the evening. Whole crew mucked in at dinner and nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely book another tour.

Everything was excellent. The whole crew were first class, Friendly and fun. The food was good, the tours well thought out and guided. Fortunately the group of guests blended together and made the week a success.

Had a super time riding the Hanseatic Cities tour which was greatly helped by wonderful weather. Boat comfy, cabins quite spacious and very clean and plenty of lounging space on the top deck. The crew were quite superb, helpful, friendly and the whole experience relaxing. Our chef did a great job too. Patrick , our guide and mentor was full of interesting information about the places visited and set a fair pace when out cycling so that all the cyclists felt included. It helped that all 17 cyclists got on well and we formed into happy and friendly group. Happy to recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to enjoy some excellent but not hugely taxing cycling and getting to know this historic part of the Netherlands in more detail. Already looking at future tours.

The entire affair went swimmingly. BBT activated a reservation I had made pre-pandemic and even remembered my e-bike request. Got a super guide, too, Tamara (Tamy). Accommodations were on a completely re-modeled, beautiful river cruiser in much better shape than all the other boats moored nearby. Days were expertly organized: bike, snack, bike, lunch, bike, beer at the barge. About 50K a day. Highly recommended, especially in the Netherlands.
