My friends and I (all from U.S.) took the Northern Burgundy, Auxerre – Moret sur Loing on the Zwaantje. Captain Martin and his entire crew were excellent hosts, accommodating, friendly and helpful. The ship is immaculate due to the crew’s hard work and dedication. For the bike riding, some days were very challenging with a lot of hills. These routes were not suitable for individuals who were not good riders or did not have an ebike. The guides did their best to accommodate all abilities For those who preferred to take a break, they were welcome to stay on the boat. I personally enjoyed the riding and found the “off the beaten path” daily riding routine unique and interesting. The riding, other guests and warm hospitality of Captain Martin – lucy, sergie, karen, michel and Karlene made this an outstanding vacation.

This was a great trip; Enjoyable in so many ways. From day 1 we were welcomed and cared for. The staff and guides were friendly. The food was splendid and varied every day. The accommodations were small, but that is to be expected on a boat like this. They were very clean when we arrived and continued to be cleaned daily. Overall, this was a wonderful trip. My only concern is that the routes we rode did not accurately represent the descriptions on the website. They were more difficult than described. With that said, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful bike tour on the Zeewanjee. The crew including Karyn and Captain Willie were superb. Our guides, Tami and Marcel, were excellent….they combined people skills, selecting beautiful sites to take breaks, humor, knowledge of history and the area with excellent bike repair skills and support. From Captain Willie getting us taxis to our trains, to keeping the ship clean and tidy, they did a remarkable job. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much.

This excursion was terrific benefited by 2 great biking guides Tamara and Marcel. They make a great team! The crew led by Karen. Willie, Sergi and cook Franc were accommodating nag and a pleasure to sail with. Looking forward to our next trip!

The ship and the staff were amazing on the Zwanntje. Tami & Marcel were our guides for the week and they were awesome. Karin, Frank, Serge & CPT Willy were awesome too! The food was fabulous, the rooms were clean and comfy and everything we needed was attended to by the staff.

This trip was fantastic! We took the Zwaanja from Bugge to Amsterdam. My wife and I stayed in a cabin with a double bed that was very comfortable. Each cabin is equipped with AC and a private bathroom/shower. Beds were made each day with fresh towels. The food was delicious. Plenty of coffee and cocktails. The captain and crew were very accommodating and friendly. The guides for the bike tour were friendly and knowledgeable. the rides were at an easy pace with very little elevation change. Plenty of stops for food/drink/site seeing. On two days we rode using the app which was very accurate and easy to follow. Bikes were comfortable with several modifications that could be made to adjust handlebar and seat height. I have no complaints. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, caring, thoughtful crew and staff and cycle guides. Did everything they could to accommodate individual needs for diet or cycle requirements. They joined in the camaraderie of the group. Beds a bit uncomfortable – hard. Either the mattress could be raised or the edge of the bed lowered to make getting out of bed easier and less uncomfortable. Maybe, since we were in France we might have had more French cuisine but the Meals were varied and very good. Frank’s meal rituals were great fun too. Many thanks for making this a memorable trip!

We had a wonderful time on the Zwaantje! Crew and captain we very friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Two small negatives, there was no sunshade on the deck( wind had destroyed it a few days earlier) and we had expected to be able to lunch or have a glass of wine at a village while biking…everything was closed in villages most days! The guides tried very hard to find cafes but none open! Overall it was an excellent experience and would do it again!

We had a fantastic time on the Zwaantje! The crew was very friendly and attentive, the meals were excellent, and from wine tasting, ostrich farm to the evening walks, the guides ensured a safe and informative experience. Well done everyone! Having the same selections for every lunch was the only negative in 10 days of happy memories.
