Wonderful trip! The scenery was beautiful and the cycling was a good challenge. Peter was a fantastic guide and very helpful. There were some instances where he could have been in more strategic locations to help us with directions. However, overall he did a great job! The food was good but for North Americans there was a lot of bread and not enough salads. Sometimes the apples were all gone for our lunches. I enjoyed the trip immensely and would consider doing another boat bike trip.

We had a great time – biking was very easy – 25-30 miles/day, flat. The routes were well-chosen and with the app, very easy to follow. We enjoyed that we were essentially free to do whatever we wanted and didn’t need to wait around, or feel pushed to keep up. The tour guide clearly explained all the options for each day. The cabins were comfortable with plenty of storage room, and were cleaned each day. We highly recommend this tour!

North Holland Tour on De Holland. Very nice variety of places to bike and boat to. There were some issues that the crew took care of in a professional manner and the tour was very enjoyable. Food was very good. Enjoyed our fellow travelers and the stories shared after a day of biking. Comfortable cabin and the bathroom might be the best one yet. Boat was kept clean and neat. Would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great week in Northern Holland with boat bike tours. The room was necessarily small but comfortable, bikes were well-maintained and the food was good and plentiful.

We had a great trip. Weather was good so that was a plus. Beautiful way to see the countryside. Our first time doing a bike tour and we definitely want to do it again. We did get messed up a few times on our route but just asked people and found our way. Everything was above my expectations. The bikes were great, rooms were small but well laid out and the food was delicious. The only thing I would say there could have been a little more variety for breakfast and made up lunches. It was the same for the week and a change up in the eggs every second day. But in saying that we did not mind it and did not go hungry! I would definitely recommend to do this tour.

Just home from 2 weeks in Holland with Boat Bike Tours. First week on De Amsterdam for the southern tour. Second week on De Holland for the northern tour. Loved both! Both boats are well appointed. The staff were great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was excellent as well. Loved both tours for different reasons. Couldn’t pick a favourite between them. Do be prepared for some winds though especially in the north!

A fantastic one week boat and bike cruise and cycling in Northern Holland. Delivering everything that was promised in the the brochure/website. The staff were a pleasure, professional, helpful and courteous at all times. The boat was in excellent condition having just come out of a total refurbishment. The bikes brand new and in excellent condition and no problems experienced the entire week Food was good and with a nice variation from meal to meal. There are some quirks that potential guests should prepare for. 1. The cabins are small by the standard of any hotel room. They are however more than adequate, have everything required and are very comfortable. The size shouldn’t bother by the end of the week wou will adapt. 2. The bikes are robust Dutch cruising bikes. Designed and built for cruising around the villages and towns of Holland. If you are an active cyclist don’t bring your own lightweight performance bike, use the heavy provided bike and enjoy the scenery, taking your time and ride at a slower pace. Just get used to very different handing and perfor 3. Dinner is served at 18:00 earlier that many people are used to. It does allow for time to be spent after dinner for briefing on the next day or going walk about in the local town
