Great professional staff, great food and guides. A wonderful experience overall. Everything was great on board and on land.From the time we got on board until our final departure I would say it was a well organized tour.

Well everyone aboard the boat was fabulous and it’s the staff I’m referring to on that. Of course there were a great guests to make it a dynamic week. Really appreciated the rooms looking so great every afternoon we got in from hours of peddling. I really like the local history that the tour guide gave us to keep us informed and interested in the people places and things. Food was fabulous and the one suggestion I make around that would be to make a more local dinner for example – a Flemish dish. I appreciated having some time with the captain and seeing how the boat works along the canals. Having the bikes all labeled and ready was fabulous and just looking after us in that regard with the equipment we really appreciate it. I know it’s standing weak. Just loved the dance party !!

The Amsterdam to Bruges trip was awesome! BikeBoat took care of every detail and provided top level service. The food was wonderful and the tour guides friendly and knowledgeable. All staff members were accommodating and provided excellent service. I could not have asked for more.

Thank you so much for an amazing week. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. The food that the Chef prepared was amazing. The guides really made the trip. They endured that everyone was safe and there needs met. Erma knowledge of the history facts was definitely appreciated. We would definitely consider doing another Boat and Bike tour.

The trip met every one of my expectations. The accommodations, food and staff were wonderful. I ran into a medical issue and the tour leader was quick to provide aid. I was not aware of how strong the winds were in the Netherlands and I was very glad I had decided on getting an e bike. It is also useful to have small bills and coins for the lunch stops to purchase drinks and use the toilets.

The June trip on Magnifique 2 was my 4th trip on a Magnifique boat (two on Magnifique 2 & two on Magnifique 3) and my girlfriend has also been on Magnifique 4. In EVERY case, the Magnifique boats and especially the crews & guides have lived up to their names: MAGNIFICENT. Our special thanks to Chef Steven, Hostess Sophie, and especially Guide Hetti. Can t wait for our next trip which will be on Magnifique 1 later this year!! A COMMENT & SUGGESTION: Even if you bike a lot at home, consider renting an e-bike. With an e-bike, hills and headwinds won t bother you plus you ll be less tired at the end of the day and more likely to explore the town where the boat docks that evening. PS My compliments to the reservation staff. I really appreciate that they ASK me what type of trip I am looking for before suggesting trips.

We had a great time on Magnifique III. The staff and the captain were terrific. Chef Seti produced some amazing food in the small kitchen. We had a suite so we had abit more room plus we were able the open the window. The bike rides were great. Jans, Wilhelm and Eva were great guides. We re glad we had the e-bikes. We had one day of rain but we still rode on. Bring a Tupperware type sandwich box for your lunch. You ll be glad you did. ( I read this on another review prior to going- thank you to the reviewer). Will do the bike- barge again.

The Magnifique 4 is a beautiful ship. Our cabin met all of our needs. We could not have asked for a better crew. I was most impressed with how well they worked together and supported each other. The cuisine was excellent. Our guides were knowledgeable and fun. The e-bikes were wonderful. All the places we visited were charming. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Our guides and the staff were organized and very personable. The routes chosen were interesting and so scenic. We were always safe and well prepared. Our accommodations were always clean and comfortable. The chef prepared delicious meals and desserts. We totally enjoyed our experience and hope to choose another adventure with Boat Bike Tours in the next year!

Boat & Bike is a unique and pleasant concept. I have done 2 tours, first the Hanseatic cities and secondly Bruges to Amsterdam. On the most recent one, maps and panniers were not available until the afternoon of day 3, which proved highly problematic for some. The guides were off course several times and we had to double back to return to the route. In busy Ghent, the guides left us behind at the bicycle parking garage, and we were lost for a good 3 hours. Our phones were dead, as the gps uses a lot of data. As seniors, this was quite upsetting. Come on Boat&Bike, you can do better.

We absolutely loved our experience with Boat Bike Tours. Every aspect of the week was professionally taken care of by the whole team the guides, the hospitality staff, the chef, and the captains. We especially enjoyed the fact the guides adjusted routes to accommodate riders who needed a different pace and distance than the faster cyclists. The Magnifique II is a beautiful barge, and the food was top notch. Overall, an amazing experience!
