Terrible administration and accounts

They sold me a trip on dates they didn’t have available. I had paid in full for the original dates, but they have only carried over 30% of the payment I made – 70% of it, over 2000 euros, has disappeared into thin air. Multiple calls to them has not yet resolved it. Not the sort of stress you need around your holidays. Update: after this review was posted they seem to have finally sorted out the payment issue.
