This was my 5th Boatbike tour and again wonderful. The staff, were so helpful when needed. We had to arrange a shuttle at the end of the tour and I apologize for forgetting his name, but he called and spoke in German to explain where the boat was docked . We were picked up right on time at the boat. The chef was superb, presentation of each meal was something to behold. I’m sorry to end with a negative but the only problem was with the briefing. It fell short of all my other trips. We had two episodes where one of our bikes battery failed and we were unable to reach our guide by phone. All said we enjoyed this tour. Janet
