The upper deck has four spacious suites (14 mΒ² β 151 sq.ft.) with two separate single beds, a small sitting area and large panoramic windows, of which the middle part can be opened. The lower deck has thirteen cabins: one premium twin cabin (13 mΒ² β 140 sq.ft.) with two separate single beds and a small sitting area and twelve beautiful twin cabins (11 mΒ² β 118 sq.ft.) with 2 separate single beds. In most cabins, on prior request, the beds can be set together as a double bed. On request, an extra bed is available in two twin cabins and one upper deck suite for children up to age 16 (above one of the other beds).
All cabins have en-suite facilities with a shower, toilet and sink. The cabins on the lower deck have portholes (fixed for safety reasons), upper deck suites have 2 m / 6.6 ft. wide windows (which can be partly opened) and the air conditioning in all cabins can be individually regulated. Furthermore, in each cabin you will find a flat screen satellite TV, a mini safe and a hair dryer.

The upper deck has a large, tastefully furnished and spacious salon with air conditioning, a restaurant area, a beautiful bar and a lounge area with cozy sitting area, a wide screen TV and large panoramic windows. Wi-Fi is available. The Magnifique II has a beautiful, partly covered teak wooden sun deck with chairs and tables on the aft deck and a cycle storage on the front deck. On the top deck, the barge has a whirlpool/Jacuzzi and some deckchairs to relax while you enjoy the scenery when cruising. In winter β23/β24, the restaurant and lounge area of the ship will get a makeover with new flooring, furniture and decoration.

Our group of ten women had a fabulous trip from Bruges to Amsterdam. The crew couldnβt have been better-they took great care of us. Excellent food, comfortable rooms (and beds and pillows), and a beautiful ship. The biking was such fun (maybe with the exception of riding in busier cities, but we made it!). A nice variety of stops as we made our way through countryside and small towns. If this trip is representative of all Boat Bike Tours, I can highly recommend them and look forward to my next trip biking and barging.
The well trained personable staff who would sincerely do anything that needed to be done made this trip exceptional. They were always helping each other and making sure the guests were having a good time.
We absolutely loved this trip! The boat (Magnifique II) was very nice, the food excellent but what really made it was the staff. We loved the collaborative approach they took to making sure the guests were well taken care of no matter what their role was. The sites we saw and the biking overall was awesome. We had some iffy days weatherwise but the staff just adapted as we went along β the route may change slightly, the boat may have to sail at a different time than was planned but everything was always very well communicated well organized. We loved the little stops we did during the bike rides β sometimes little surprises along the way as well! The only slightly less-positive comment we have is with regards to the biking part. I believe the website said weβd cycle btwn 20-50kms per day. Iβd say most days were above that and given the wind, some days it felt like we were biking up hill even though the routes were flat! As well, we had regular bikes and about 75% of the group had e-bikes. Sometimes it got annoying as the e-bikers sped ahead and were annoyed when the regular cyclists were slower β that felt a little off-putting. For anyone considering whether to do e-bike or regular bike, I would say this β if you want to cruise leisurely and see the sites, get an e-bike. If you only want exercise, get a normal bike. I hurt my knee one day from overdoing it in the crazy wind and had to take a day off. On the last day I upgraded to an e-bike so I could participate and riding it was 400% easier!!! If I were to do it again I think Iβd only do an e-bike. For context, Iβm 56, in decent shape. Keep up the great work β this trip was excellent!
I had the pleasure of sailing on the Magnifique II, and I must say, it is a beautiful and well-appointed ship. This was my second adventure with Boat Bike Tours, and once again, the staff were absolutely amazing. The food and service were nothing short of incredible, adding to the overall enjoyment of the trip. Our leaders were exceptionally knowledgeable, making sure that we felt safe and well looked after at all times.
