The staff were amazing, friendly helpful. Everything was well organized. We did find the tour info meetings could have had better info and sometimes the meetings were held before riders were back on the boat.

The boat and cabins are lovely and very comfortable. Most of the staff are kind and helpful. The food available for lunch could use a bit more variety. The thing that would be helpful would be a detailed, printed itinerary for the entire trip. Not having all the detailed information (by date) meant we had to ask many questions throughout the cruise. A specific example was that the information about our day in Vienna was not shared until the night before and therefore it was a surprise to find out how little time we had there.

Our August bike/boat trip on the SE Manon boat, with a delightful group of 130 others was FABULOUS. Very good value with a great boat, excellent varied food, superb service. Marvelous easy 30-50 km bike rides along the Danube with very good excursions in Linz, Vienna and visiting small castles. Mostly Germans on board, but good English hosting. A memorable vacation for a couple in their late 70s. No negative comments at all.

Everything worked to our complete satisfaction. The tour was well organized, the personnel was very friendly and highly competent.

For the price of the tour, it was excellent. We got to see many different countries and be right in the heart of things.

The kindness of the personnel in the bar and the restaurant and the cleaning personnel, the excuisit meals, the good functioning of the people who loaded and unloaded the bikes each day.

The check in process was efficient and friendly. Our cabin was clean and had plenty of room for our bags. The bed was comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Food which was provided was very tasty and plentiful. The ship itself was comfortable and spacious. We were extremely uncomfortable with the tipping etiquette – staff should be paid by the company and passengers should tip if they feel it is appropriate. The drinks package available should have had more items on it – such as a cocktail a day as well as more spirits.

Experience of a lifetime! Beautiful scenery, bike paths were great, food onboard was excellent and finally, crew onboard SE Manon was excellent. Will definitely book another trip in the near future.

Great experience and adventure! All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Cycling along the Danube and through small villages was wonderful. Some of the course directions were difficult to follow or too vague to determine which way to go. We had to ask locals which way to go to access the right pathway. All excursion guides and excursions were fabulous and well worth it. Our only disappointment was the quality of the food. We hoped to enjoy more Austrian style food since we were travelling through Austria. Themed food dinners were a disappointment as they were not authentic. Also felt there should be more breakfast options and selection. Perhaps offer a special breakfast option each day. Overall we really enjoyed the trip and meeting likeminded people while on the ship.

We enjoyed our Bike and Barge tour from Passau to Budapest. The ebikes were wonderful, the staff were fantastic, the food was pretty good, our room was clean and roomy enough for two of us. We did about half of the offered tours which were decent, but we did find some of our own tours which we preferred. We did this tour the last week of May and would love to do it again.
