Customer support fail!

Really fabulous until things went wrong, then completely let down by this company! Our boat became ‘unseaworthy’ and we were forced to spend our trip on buses and checking in and out of hotels daily. We were asked to find our own meals on a number of occasions, and start and finish times were much later each day as they reorganised our tour plans. Boatbike promised that we would be suitably compensated but getting any sort of compensation from them has proven to be extremely difficult. We were also out of pocket for many weeks for meals they did not provide but promised to reimburse us for. Could have been fantastic but their support of us when the tour needed to change has been very disappointing. They are also very good at ignoring any contact from their customers in this sort of situation – no responses to emails!
