Helpful staff, small group size let you get to know each other.

An excellent tour, nice boat, outstanding tour guide.

Great way to share time with 9 family members – being able to be outdoors, exercising, meals prepared and a place for us all to sleep. No worries about making decisions. Everyone was happy.

I really enjoyed our tour guide and crew. Frans was great at adjusting our bike route for parades, traffic, weather or seeing something interesting. The suggestions of what to bring for the tour were very good but I would suggest adding roughly how much time would be spent biking. We spent about 4-5 hours biking per day with about 3 or 4 stops.

An amazing tour combining so many different things. The captain and crew on board Sarah were charming and went out of their way to help. The tour guide, Frans, was very knowledgeable and patient and set a steady pace. He guided us through busy cities such as The Hague and Amsterdam and showed us the beautiful smaller towns such as Delft and Gouda, pointing out all the points of interest. We visited interesting museums, such as the windmills, the Delft pottery and an old typical Dutch village. Another major highlight was a tour of the largest flower auction in the world. Even my apprehensive non gardening husband enjoyed the experience!

I had a lot of fun on this boat bike trip (Maastricht to Amsterdam). The guide was upbeat and the short stops on the daily rides were interesting and enjoyable. However the guide seemed disorganized and I found most of the meals rather disappointing. If I go on another trip with this company, I will choose a premium tour.

The whole combination of living on a barge and cycling thru the Heart of Holland was fun. Food was OK and bikes were high quality. Scenery most days was green and interesting as was learning about Dutch history.

SARAH++++Any bike/boat tour is a great experience, this one was especially good because of the people we met, the quality of the staff and the route we took. Our guide Frans was fun, expert, and thoughtful about where he took us in relation to the wind. Thoughts about improvements: in the group was a 12 year old girl who really struggled in the wind with her child sized bike. some recommendation about strength and experience might have helped. The meals were lovely, and fun to share with companions we became good friends with at each meal. The e-bikes were great, certainly for this trip on the flat lands of North Holland. The cabin was exactly as we expected and very easy for us. Even the clothes we washed dried out over two days. We will be back.

The crew was great. Two things to improve: the clothesline in my room was broken and the liquor selection was mediocre.

Great crew: Jan the captain, Simon our guide, and the rest of the gang: Sandra, Robin, and our wonderful chef: Agnes, all made the experience truly memorable! A lot of us in our group are musicians and Simon and Sandra even joined in on our jam sessions. Great fun! Fabulous food, scenery, history lessons, and camaraderie!
