This tour is so well done. The route,bikes,guide, food, were all excellent.

Captain: Jan Mate:Robin Chef:Agnus Hostess: Sandra Guide: Simon All were exceptional! They each did their jobs extremely well and professionally. They made our trip memorable enjoyable and fun. The chef did a tremendous job in very small quarters to prepare the meals. The food was excellent, with a very diversified menu. The captain was great. He made us all feel welcome and shared his knowledge openly. The hostess was very helpful and accommodating. The mate did an excellent job assisting all crew members and the guests. The guide was also top/notch. Simon was a great leader very empathetic, very caring, very informative and just a plain good human being. He was patient and tolerant of everyone. The room, beds and bathroom were all a person needed and very practical for our needs. I recommend a bike/barge trip to everyone.

We had a great experience. It was our first Boat and Bike Tour so we did not know what to expect. Our guide, Nina, was excellent and tailored our ride to our wishes. The boat was nice and the crew was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the tour and hope to return for another.

The best way to see the Netherlands! Comfortable accommodations & great food in our floating hotel that followed us on our cycling adventure. Fantastic hosts – Captain, cook, guide and other staff. Very knowledgeable about Netherlands and guided us safely from place to place stopping to introduce us to their country. So many personal added touches from our guide who worked so hard for us during our week. I loved my e-bike. Highly recommend this adventure. This was our second trip with boatbike and next year we are booked for Italy!

Comfortable rooms, good food (evening meals were exceptional), good bikes, friendly staff and a great guide. All for a very reasonable price.

Great itinerary, crew, and execution. Based on my experience with guided hiking and kayaking tours, I can say that Arnold, our guide is an outstanding guide. The briefing, the schedule, the narration of the history, the guided bike trips, etc. we’re flawlessly executed. I highly recommend this tour

The entire Boat & Bike Tour crew and staff were professional, skilled, attentive, and fun! Arnold did an excellent job leading 19 cyclists. Silvia, Agnes, Robin, and the Captain made our trip very enjoyable.

Arnold, our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, kept us moving and a fun guy to be around. The food on board was very good and the ship s crew were all very accommodating and helpful. It would be beneficial for all people to have e-bikes on the rides as the group can only move as fast as the slowest rider. We rode in some wind and rain which made tough going for some riders. Still a fun week just make sure to have the right clothes!

Both the Sarah and the Allure crews were GREAT!! Simon was the best guide possible! Hester was not a great guide as I commented in the review of the Allure trip up the Rhine. I REALLY wanted the opportunity to buy Boat/Bike fleece, sweater shirts or jackets, but alas they were NOT available. It would be another profit center for boat/bike.

We had a fabulous week on the Sarah seeing tulips and lots of enchanting places in the Netherlands. Our guide Simon provided a full itinerary with lots of interesting information and safe riding. The crew in the Sarah provides a 5 star experience and are so welcoming. Agnes is a superior chef and we enjoyed every meal. In spite of lots of cycling and walking we left with tight pants ! This was our second Netherlands boat bike and we will be back ! Trip of a lifetime.

Our guide Arnold was fabulous. He made sure we were safe on all the bike rides. There were several interesting stops on each day such as a Gouda farm cheese dairy farm and the world s largest flower auction
