We had a wonderful time doing the best of Holland and Belgium tour! All the staff was so accommodating and friendly. They all worked hard to make sure all guests had a great time! They truly made our experience the best! Food was tasty and evening meals were a variety of dishes throughout the week. Even if the weather didn t always cooperate the experience was sensational! I am hoping that we do another tour sometime in the future. Thank you for making such great memories for all the guests on board!

My wife and I had a great time on Boat Bike Tours. I didn t consider the canal cruising that we did when we signed up. The boat cruising really showed a side of the Netherlands and Belgium that we would have never seen. The Fluvious was great, the rooms were small but we had expected that and everything was kept very clean.

The staff were great. Despite issues with boat engine, we were still able to do a modified program that was satisfactory

Very open and easy going experience. Suitable for strong bikers snd those with less experience. Easy to meet and get to know fellow travelers. Wonderful way to tour.

Easy booking and enough information. Unfortunately my bank did well out of it because I had to pay in euros! I was disappointed we had less cycling than expected. I wanted more cycling not less. We only chose a boat bike because one of our group doesn’t cycle so it was ideal for that. The experience was marred by a tummy bug. Also I had expected more guided tours around cities like Antwerp and Ghent. The boat was OK if you don’t mind basics. Bar costs was obviously where they made the money! Personally I wouldn’t chose a boat bike tour again. Where we dock and cycle seems quite variable.

Great crew, beautiful boat, gorgeous country biking on well-kept, safe paths and some roads. Good food, too.

Great experience, organization and boat

“Just finished Amsterdam to Bruges trip with Bike Boat Tours and would caution anyone from using this company. The biking and historical sights were amazing but the guide in formation (maps, briefings) were always bad and wrong including the GPS app they recommend which “”head office”” was in charge of. The boat was awful – rooms were not clean/kept clean, towels dirty, supplies or replaced, there was a virus outbreak (likely norovirus) that had over 60% of the guests affected including missing 1 or 2 days of biking. Staff confirmed that this occurred the week before as well. Food was ok, but constantly ran out of breakfast and lunch food. Drink pricing was reasonable. Air conditioning never worked properly, there was gas burping up through the toilets all night the last night (likely sign of filled sewer tank) and the Captain was inappropriate and unprofessional.”

Great crew, size was desirable enabling you to get acquainted with all the guests. Food was very good. Only wish was that cabins/ heads were ventilated .

The staff was always polite and helpful. They made it easy for us to just show up and have a great time. When there was an issue with a bike, they immediately took care of it. I had a dead battery on my ebike one day and Hans immediately switched batteries and went back to the boat to replace his. There was no disruption in my ride. The boat was always clean and the food was delicious! After a long day riding, we were always greeted with smiles and the option of coffee, tea or a drink. Our guide Jerome, was helpful and made sure that everyone was able to keep up. The distances (which had seemed daunting before we boarded the ship) were doable, mostly because Jerome gave us regular breaks and kept everyone at an easy pace. We also enjoyed the evening city walks which gave us a chance to stretch our legs and learn about each city where the boat was anchored.

We loved the bike boat from Amsterdam to Brugges. Everything was first class. Food was excellent, the boat was clean. Staff were friendly. The tours were excellent and distances were great!
